Strensham Services on M5 wants to install EV charging points

Planning applications have been submitted by Days Inn by Wyndham, which is located at the northbound Strensham Services near junction 8 of the M5.

The hotel wants to install a number of EV charging points, plus associated signage and a canopy with solar panels.

The charging points would be installed on land that is currently car parking spaces and grass verges.

The planning applications are with Malvern Hills District Council and people can have their say until the end of October.
