Dublin traffic LIVE: Long queues on busy motorway and Irish Rail delays
Motorists on the M1 are facing huge delays this morning.
Traffic[1] is very heavy on the M1 southbound after Junction 6 Balbriggan and before Junction 4 Donabate. Additionally, there are major delays on the N3 between Junction 3 Blanchardstown[2] and Junction 2 southbound.
Additionally, traffic is slow on the M50[3] southbound between Junction 3 M1/M50 interchange and Junction 13 Dundrum. In other news, the 07.20 Heuston/Waterford train[4] is operating at reduced capacity.
Additionally, flooding on the line between Drogheda and Dundalk has resulted in delays on the Northern Commuter and Belfast services as well as knock-on delays to DART services between Malahide and Howth.
