Bristol M4 traffic live as lane closed after two-car crash in rush hour

M4 motorists are facing delays during rush hour this evening (September 18) following a crash. The incident has happened on the motorway in Bristol on the London-bound carriageway.

According to traffic monitoring website Inrix, the crash involving two cars took place between junctions 19 for the M32 and 20 for the M5 interchange. It adds there is queueing traffic as a result.

Delays of around 15 minutes have been reported. Traffic camera images from the M4 show recovery vehicles with one of the cars involved on the back.
