11 homes up for auction on Merseyside for £80,000
A whole host of homes have gone under the hammer on Merseyside for £80,000.
It’s a difficult time to get onto the housing ladder[1] amid the cost of living crisis and high interest rates. But these homes could offer great investment opportunities for first time buyers. They are among 26 lots across Merseyside that have gone up for auction today (Wednesday) with Smith and Sons. Another property included in the auction is the former Cole Street Primary[2] in Birkenhead[3], which has planning permission to be turned into apartments.
