A teenage boy was caught speeding at 102mph on a motorway – just four hours after he passed his driving test.
He was stopped by the Norfolk Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team (NSRAPT) at 2pm on August 2, while driving on the A47 at Swaffham.
A traffic offence report was then issued by police for excess speed.
NSRAPT shared a photo of their speed meter reading on Twitter[2], showing the 102mph print out after stopping the teenager.
They wrote: ‘A driver was stopped at 2pm yesterday (2 August) during speed checks conducted by PC Writer on the A47 in Swaffham.
