Supermac’s, the fast-food group owned by businessman Pat McDonagh, is facing legal action over the planning status of two of its most high-profile motorway plaza locations.
The Business Post has confirmed that one county council has already commenced legal action against the company and another council is actively considering a similar course over alleged planning breaches.
