A1 lorry crash live as drivers trapped in hour-long queues …
There are long delays on the A1(M) in North Yorkshire[1] this afternoon as a lorry crashed off the dual carriageway. Two lanes are closed on the A1(M) between J47 A59 (Allerton Park) and J46 (Wetherby). Our reporter Megan Banner has been stuck in the traffic for at least an hour and spotted a lorry that had left the motorway and crashed off the side of the road.
Inrix says: "A1(M) Northbound entry slip road closed long delays, two lanes closed due to accident at J47 A59 (Allerton Park). Congestion to J46 (Wetherby). Travel time is around 35 minutes."
