Rather than being used only as a reactive treatment, V25 is added regularly to help maintain fuel condition throughout storage and operation. Its physical fuel-conditioning action helps separate water, disperse agglomerations and support cleaner fuel throughout the system.

V25 is a highly concentrated marine fuel treatment designed for continuous preventative use across leisure boats, canal boats, superyachts, fishing vessels, workboats and commercial marine applications.

V25 helps manage common fuel problems including water, sludge, deposits, fuel instability and the conditions associated with diesel bug. By physically conditioning the fuel, it helps separate water, disperse contaminant agglomerations and support cleaner fuel throughout the system, while also improving lubricity and promoting better fuel atomisation and cleaner combustion.

Unlike a conventional biocide, V25 is designed to be used as part of an ongoing preventative fuel-management programme rather than only when diesel bug becomes a problem. Its highly concentrated, plant-derived, ashless and metal-free formulation makes V25 easy to store and simple to use onboard.

The standard dosage is 1 litre of V25 per 10,000 litres of fuel. For the initial treatment, we recommend a double dose of 1 litre per 5,000 litres to help condition the fuel, tank and system. V25 can then be added regularly at refuelling or bunkering to help maintain fuel quality and keep the system under control.
