There are a lot of these available for VW T5 – T6 and having had a few different ones, I would recommend these, and the price it great. Firstly the magnetic cab window covers – these fit perfectly with almost no need for adjustment to stop all light coming in, so if you are using for overnight in your camper, these are perfect, quick and easy to fit and remove – I have the suction cup covers and have found them difficult to position and really done block light around the edges. The windscreen cover, again, is perfect, quick and easy to fit, no suction cups to position and reposition and genuinely stop almost all the light coming in – there is a little around the rear view mirror, but only a little. Everything is easy to pack away into it’s own storage bag – if you’ve not folded these pop-up covers before you’ll get it easily after a couple of goes. I’d also like to comment on thermal quality – it’s not listed as thermal, but these are more thermal padded than some others I’ve tried, so again I feel great value for money. Only used a couple of times, so more use will tell how good the build really is, but they have already lasted one more use over the last set of suction cup covers I purchased. Highly recommended.
I purchased this set for my VW T6.1 and have been genuinely impressed with the quality and performance.
Windscreen Shade:
The windscreen shade fits the van perfectly. It pops into place with a bit of guidance, and once you fold down the sun visors and tuck it behind the rear-view mirror, it stays securely in position. The first time fitting it took a little trial and error as I figured out the best way to position and “lock” it in, but after that, it’s been quick and simple. I found that gently bending the wire frame to follow the contours of the windscreen helps it sit flush. It’s important to note that this windscreen shade is not magnetic, only the side window shades are.
Side Window Shades:
These are incredibly easy to install. Just line them up and pop them into place, the built-in magnets do the rest. They attach firmly and block out around 99% of light, which is ideal for privacy and better sleep. An added bonus is that they help retain warmth inside the van during colder nights, which I wasn’t expecting but definitely appreciate.
Overall Impressions:
The whole set offers great value for money. Installation is straightforward after the initial setup, and the functionality is spot on. They look neat, perform well, and have made a noticeable difference in both comfort and insulation. I’m really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend these to any T6.1 owners.
Sencillez y eficacia
Las compr para una VW multivan T6 y se adaptan bastante bien, el interior queda completamente oscuro y el sistema es muy fcil de montar y guardar, ocupan poco lugar. Vienen bien acabadas y el material parece de calidad (slo las utilic durante media hora). En cuanto a la proteccin del calor todava no he tenido la oportunidad de comprobarlo.
Realizada una primera colocacin y una inspeccin visual y tctil el producto me parece recomendable
For the money, absolutely faultless, we had a wrap around one bought off amazon, it was awful didnt fit so sent back and purchased these, fit in less than a minute, blocks out every bit of light, and if it rains they dont get wet ! Proper job

Ich habe die Teile dieses Jahr auf einem Festival bei 42 getestet. Fazit: In Kombination mit einer Sonnenschutzfolie bers Auto, habe ich im Bus 3h lnger schlafen knnen als alle anderen.
Die reflektierenden und isolierenden Eigenschaften sind top. Wenn es diese Teile fr alle Fenster geben wrde, wrde ich sie sofort kaufen.
Die Montage ist auch kinderleicht – die Magnete halten stabil und dichten fast komplett ab. Nur den Rndern scheint an manchen Stellen minimal das Licht rein.
Alles in allem haben mich diese Dinger echt gerettet!
Yes…buy this it works so many on the market cheaper more expensive but bit the bullet ans ordered this just put them in my T6.1 and wow fit perfect and super easy to install didn’t want the sucker ones and these fit really easy and the magnet side windows are just seconds to install and they stay put. I wasn’t sure the windscreen one would stay put …but yes it’s perfect fit and stays where it should and nearly total black out…win win wi
Exceptionally Good Value, Quality & Fit.
Much surprised by these. Perfect fit for my Caddy Maxi Life. Really good quality thick quilted material. Certainly help keep vehicle cooler even in these ridiculously hot days of July ’26. Act as a perfect blackout for the cab at night and given their construction I would expect them to have good thermal properties in colder weather. So much better than the suction cup variety and at the very least 100 cheaper!
