Can I install the Emerald 360 S without the ISOFIX connectors?
The product must be installed with ISOFIX connectors and support leg from birth (when used with the harness) up to 4 years. From 4 to 12 years, the car seat belt must be used. We recommend continuing to use ISOFIX for increased stability.
Can I rotate the Emerald 360 S on the base in any position?
Yes, you can easily and safely rotate the seat in any position, fully upright or fully reclined.
How do I operate the rotation function?
When the seat is in driving position, you can unlock the rotation with the grey handle at the front. When the seat is in lateral position, you can simply rotate the seat with one hand without touching the handle.
When using the car seat in booster mode with the car seat belt, what should I do with the support leg?
It is mandatory to store the support leg away when using the car seat belt. Fold the support leg under the seat by pressing the small pin under the seat to push the leg inwards and click it into the cavity.

For birth there is a cushion which is supplied with it. The quality of the seat and the base are great as well as the design and the color.

Firstly this item has changed car journeys she’s so relaxed and comfy in the car seat.
The swivel technology is fantastic as it makes it so much easier to transition her in the seat. Its adjustable straps and also height for up to 12 makes it great value for money.

J’ai achet ce sige-auto en complment d’un autre et je suis super content de mon achat ! L’installation avec le systme Isofix est un jeu d’enfant, la fonction de rotation 360 est juste gniale. Plus besoin de me contorsionner pour mettre ma petite fille dans la voiture. Les diffrentes inclinaisons sont parfaites, notre bb est toujours confortablement installe, que ce soit pour une petite balade ou un long voyage.
Le sige est vraiment costaud et les matriaux sont top. La protection contre les chocs latraux nous rassure beaucoup. En plus, il est super joli et va bien dans notre voiture. Franchement, je le recommande tous les parents qui veulent du confort et de la scurit. Un trs bon achat qui accompagnera notre petite jusqu’ ses 12 ans !
We bought this seat to replace a previous seat from another maker as it was becoming difficult to move between cars. This seat is very well designed I think and is an improvement in efficiency on the earlier high quality seat. The latches for affixing are very good and I like the strap adjustment technique. The central strap trap on the base which goes between the childs legs is well padded so when the child is ‘plonked’ into the seat there is no hard object to possibly give pain. The seat rotates nicely and is a little more compact in its modern design yet still affording plenty of room for growth without compromising protection. I hope we never need to find out though. I like it.
Good car sea
Very good car Seat. We had some trouble at the start to get the belts right but ones figured out it works perfectly. Our 4 month old loves it, whilst she hated the maxi Cosi
As a parent, I love that this seat covers every stage from birth up to 12 years (150cm). The build quality is exactly what you expect from Maxi-Cosi—solid, premium fabrics, and very sturdy. The 360-swivel is a back-saver when getting a toddler in and out of the car. It feels incredibly secure with the Isofix base, and the G-Cell side impact protection gives me real peace of mind. While it’s a premium price, it’s actually very cheap when you consider you won’t have to buy another seat for a decade.
Loving these car seats so far. I bought 1 for my car and one for my mums so that we wouldn’t have to move the seat too much. It feels extremely secure for my newborn (from 4 weeks) and the rotation feature make it’s infinitely easier to get him in and out. I would say that it’s not a 1 handed closure though so make sure you have both hands free when putting your little one in.
Insulation was straightforward and only took about 5 minutes but it was extremely heavy, so I would definitely recommend fitting it in your car early (especially if you’re having a C section delivery).
I honestly don’t know if it will really go upto 12 years but I’m looking forward to giving it a go.

Wir haben uns diesen Kindersitz zugelegt, fr die Autos von Oma und Opa, da unser kleiner Enkel selbst schon in diesem Sitz bei Mama und Papa mitfhrt. Wir finden es vor allem eine groe Erleichterung, dass man den Sitz drehen kann, um das Kind fest zu schnallen. Ausserdem hat man ein gutes Gefhl bei der Sicherheit, da das Kind in diesem Sitz sozusagen dreifach gesichert ist. 1: durch den Gurt am Krper, 2: durch Isofix und 3: durch die extra Sttze am Boden.
Unser Enkel ist mit 10 Monaten von der Babyschale ( welche er von Anfang an ganz doof fand und immer geweint hat darin) in dem Emerald gewechselt. Und nach und nach hat er sich besser darin gefhlt. Wahrscheinlich ist die Position ausschlaggebend fr das Kind. Weiterhin zu sagen wre, dass das Preis- Leistungsverhltnis super ist, da man den Sitz bis zum Schluss nutzen kann. Ich fahre einen Seat Arona und da ist das befestigen des Sitzes durch den “Isofixstecker” hinten in der Sitzbank eine ziemliche Strapaze. Das liegt allerdings am Autotyp. Fr uns trotzdem eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Er kam gut verpackt und konnte nur durch persnliche bergabe empfangen werden.
Seggiolino stabile, comodo e perfetto sin dai primi giorni
Sto usando questo seggiolino MaxiCosi sin dal viaggio di ritorno dall’ospedale e si rivelato subito un prodotto eccellente.
L’installazione con ISOFIX stata facilissima: si aggancia in pochi secondi e rimane perfettamente stabile, senza giochi o incertezze.
Il mio bimbo ci sta super volentieri, si addormenta profondamente e rimane ben contenuto grazie alla forma avvolgente e all’imbottitura pensata anche per i neonati molto piccoli.
I materiali sono di qualit, morbidi al tatto e confortevoli. L’imbottitura non si scalda, anche usandolo in estate con aria condizionata accesa, e questo per me stato un punto fondamentale.
Le regolazioni del poggiatesta e delle cinture sono intuitive e scorrono senza fatica: si adattano facilmente alla crescita del bambino.
Nel mio AMG occupa un posto intero, ma si integra bene e non crea problemi di spazio quando si sistema il bimbo.
Non ho ancora provato a pulirlo, ma il rivestimento sembra progettato per essere pratico da gestire.
In generale la percezione ottima: solido, sicuro, comodo e ben progettato. Mi sto trovando benissimo e per questo gli do 5 stelle.
