Good quality Jump Leads...the 3m length makes all the difference to safely jump-starting your car.
These DOMOR Jump Leads are very good. At 3m (~10′) they are longer than the usual 2m leads that are widely available, and whilst the difference doesn’t sound like much, it will make the difference between having to carefully position the ‘dead’ and ‘jump’ cars together ‘battery side to battery side’…..to being able to bring the cars together nose-to-nose or even across 2 adjacent parking spaces…..this makes the whole jump-starting a much safer (and less emotional) affair, noting that you’re probably already having a bad day if you need to break these out of their bag!
The cables are thick (rated at 400A!) yet are flexible, and the crocodile clips are larger than most other jump-leads, which will mean that fitting them to the car’s battery terminals is easier (ie requires less ‘squeeze’ effort). Usefully, there are clear instructions printed on the back of the excellent storage bag for those who may not feel confident jump-starting a car, as it is important to connect the two cars together correctly.
At ~15 these Jump Leads are on a par with many other mid-range equivalents, but those are likely to be only 2m long….and that extra metre really does make life much easier (and safer) – consequently, I think that these are very good value for money and are strongly recommended.
If you’re after a set of jump leads that won’t let you down in a typical UK car park, these GADLANE 3-metre, 400A cables are a solid shout. I picked them up for peace of mind after a neighbour’s battery died, expecting something basic but functional. What I got was a set that feels reassuringly robust for the price, with colour-coded clamps that make it almost impossible to get wrong, even if you’re not exactly a petrolhead.
The clamps themselves grip well and don’t feel flimsy, which is more than I can say for some bargain-bin sets I’ve tried in the past. The cables are thick enough to inspire confidence and, while they’re not as supple as the ones you’d find in a mechanic’s van, they’re flexible enough to wrangle into place on a chilly morning. The included zip bag is actually useful for keeping things tidy in the boot, though I did notice it’s not the toughest material – if you’re rough with it, expect it to show wear.

Spend more and you’ll get thicker cables, longer reach, and a bag that could survive a rugby scrum, but for most everyday drivers, these hit the sweet spot. Fr die ungeplanten Pannen ein gutes Backup
Diese robusten Starthilfekleine halten der Grobmotorik bei rgerlichen Pannen echt stand und sind super stabil.
Bei 3 Metern kann man echt gut flexibel mit den Kabeln arbeiten. Wir haben ein bei einem Auto die Batterie im Boden vor dem Beifahrer und bei dem anderen Auto ist sie hinten im Kofferraum. Selbst da hat es nebeinander gepasst, ohne gro min-maxen zu mssen.
Die Klemmen sind gro und schwer, das ist bei Autos ganz gut, fr Motorrder leider etwas klobig.
Die Kabel selbst fhlen sich schn dick an, sind aber dennoch flexibel genug und nicht zu umstndlich in der Handhabung.
Vorallem bei Kabeln die man bei Motorrdern gewohnt ist, die dort deutlich dnner sind, fhlt man sich hier schn sicher.
Die Tragetasche ist genial, so kann man es gut verstauen, beispielsweise sogar im Ersatzreifenkasten. Klasse.

Great quality and length
These are a really good quality set of jump leads and they’ve already come in very useful. They feel well made and are easy to transport and keep in my boot.
The 3 metre length is ideal, especially for those awkward situations where you can’t get the two vehicles parked close together. It gives you a lot more flexibility than shorter leads.
The clamps are strong and provide a solid connection. They have a good amount of insulation around them too, which makes it difficult to accidentally touch the metal connectors and gives a bit of extra peace of mind. The teeth on the clamps also grip really well, so they stay firmly attached to the battery terminals and easy to clip on.
The included storage bag is handy for keeping everything tidy in the boot. It does feel a little on the flimsy side though, so I’d be a bit careful not to tear it.
Overall, these are a great quality set of basic jump leads for the price and I’d happily recommend them.
Nur fr kleine Motoren geeignet, aber funktionie
Ich habe dieses berbrckungskabel fr unsere Werkstatt geholt, falls irgendein Auto mal berbrckt werden muss, was ja hufiger vorkommen kann. Es ist lang genug um auch mit einem anderen Auto zu berbrcken, wobei sie dann doch nah beieinander stehen sollten, je nach Anschlusspunkte der Plus und Masse Pole. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass dieses Kabel nur kompatibel mit Benzinmotoren bis 2,5L sowie Dieselmotoren bis 1,8L ist. Nicht viele aber doch einige Motoren sind grer als das.
Tut was es soll
Das Kabel ist dick und robust. Ich nutze es im PKW Bereich und da ist es fast unverwstlich.
Es hilft beim Batterie laden oder Starthilfe geben. Mit 3 meter Lnge ist es ausreichend lang fr schrg voreinander stehende Autos oder fr eng nebeneinander parkende Wagen.
