Coming across this by chance, and having several different types of tyre inflation devices, I wondered if this was something worth buying.
I have a garage compressor which is great for motorhome/car tyres, and great for bicycle tyres, especially from flat when fitting new tyres or having topped up tubeless sealant; a track pump which I’ve had for yonks and is handy for a quick top up of bicycle tyres instead of having to use the compressor; the motorhome has a powerpack/jump starter/compressor thing in it which is handy for topping up tyres when away if needed; my car has one of those small 12V compressors which, again, is handy for any emergency and my saddle bag has a Lezyne micro pump in it for any occasion when out cycling on any of my bikes.
So, why would one of these be any use I wondered?
When we go away in the motorhome I usually pack the track pump, but it’s not the easiest thing to pack and ends up getting in the way! The powerpack/compressor thing is a bit unwieldy just for doing bicycle tyres and the micro pump, as good as it is, can take a loooong time to pump up a 29″ MTB tyre from flat if I’ve had a large enough puncture that the sealant can’t deal with and I’ve had to put a bacon strip plug in and then inflate the tyre from flat.
I thought this inflator might be of particular use for use with my bikes, and the rest of the family’s bikes too (which have a mixture of presta and schrader valves), so took the plunge and bought one.
So far, no regrets. If I’m out for the day cycling I’ll usually have a small backpack with me, and this is compact enough that it can pop in there without adding much weight.
I needed to add some air to my MTB the other day at home and decided to grab this for the job. Topped the tyre up easily and relatively quickly – obviously not as fast as a compressor or a track pump, but way quicker than a compressor when you factor in turning the compressor on and getting it up to pressure and unwinding/rewinding the hose on the reel, and certainly less effort than the track pump.
For topping up a bicycle tyre it works a treat, and when out on a ride will make inflating a flat tyre so much easier than with a micro pump.
I’ve not used it on any vehicle tyres yet, and if at home would just use the compressor obviously, and if away would use the portable compressor – but I’m sure this would be sufficient to top up a tyre if there was nothing else. Don’t think I’d fancy inflating a car/motorhome tyre from flat with it though!
The included adapters fit nicely into the body with a slide over cover so no chance of them falling out and being lost in transit.
The schrader connection screws onto the valve, so no having to try and hold it in place whilst inflating.
The presta adapter attached easily too, just needs a little push to be on far enough to engage with the thread. The hose then screws onto the presta adapter. I found it easier to put the presta adapter on first, rather than attaching to the hose first and trying to then attach it to the valve all in one go.
The gauge seemed to be reasonably accurate. Unless you have a calibrated tyre pressure gauge, you’ll never know which one of your devices is the most accurate!
The cloth bag keeps it protected, the display mostly, but also keeps the hose from getting caught up during transit.
Once I was happy that I was keeping the inflator I bought a case for it to just keep it protected when being stored in the garage or transported in a vehicle. When carrying it when cycling I just use the soft bag.
The preset function is very handy, allowing you to set it and just leave it to shut off automatically – or, of course, you can turn off the preset option and inflate manually.
Finally, the fact that it is USB charging is fantastic. For me it means it can be charged in our motorhome, and even from a small powerpack if need be.

Tuttavia, per offrire una valutazione completa e professionale, giusto evidenziare anche alcuni piccoli dettagli migliorabili. Ecco i miei pensieri dopo l’uso.
Punti positivi:
1. Compatto e facile da trasportare:
Una delle caratteristiche migliori di questo mini compressore la sua **portabilit**. incredibilmente compatto e leggero, perfetto per essere portato nello zaino o lasciato comodamente nel bagagliaio della macchina. Le dimensioni ridotte non sacrificano la potenza, il che un grande vantaggio.
2. Precisione e facilit d’uso:
L’EasyPump di Bosch molto semplice da usare, grazie al suo **display digitale chiaro** che mostra la pressione in tempo reale. Il sistema consente di **preimpostare la pressione desiderata**, e l’apparecchio si spegne automaticamente una volta raggiunto il valore impostato, evitando il rischio di gonfiaggio eccessivo. ideale per biciclette, scooter, auto e perfino per gonfiare attrezzature sportive come palloni. La **precisione del sensore** ottima, con letture immediate e affidabili.
3. Batteria integrata e USB-C:
L’inclusione di una **batteria integrata ricaricabile** tramite USB-C un enorme plus. Non c’ bisogno di collegarlo a una presa o di cambiare batterie frequentemente. La ricarica via USB-C rapida e comoda, un dettaglio che lo rende perfetto per essere usato ovunque senza la preoccupazione di dover trovare una fonte di energia.
4. Versatilit degli adattatori:
Viene fornito con **diversi adattatori** che lo rendono utilizzabile su una vasta gamma di prodotti: dalla bici, alla macchina, fino ai materassini gonfiabili. Questo lo rende un compressore veramente versatile, pronto per ogni situazione.
5. Silenzioso:
Pur essendo compatto e potente, il compressore **relativamente silenzioso** durante l’uso, il che sorprendente per un prodotto di queste dimensioni.
Punti negativi (ma non troppo):
1. Autonomia della batteria:
Seppur sufficiente per la maggior parte delle necessit quotidiane, la **durata della batteria** potrebbe essere migliorata. Dopo aver gonfiato due pneumatici dell’auto e un paio di pneumatici da bicicletta, la carica calata sensibilmente. Non un problema grave, ma se si prevede di usarlo in modo intensivo, sarebbe utile avere a portata di mano un caricatore portatile o tenere sotto controllo la carica residua.
2. Velocit di gonfiaggio:
Per gli pneumatici dell’auto, la **velocit di gonfiaggio** discreta, ma non velocissima. Ci si impiega qualche minuto per raggiungere la pressione desiderata. Per gonfiare le gomme della bici o attrezzature pi piccole, invece, la velocit pi che soddisfacente. Quindi, se hai in programma di usarlo principalmente per l’auto, potrebbe non essere il pi rapido in circolazione, ma fa comunque il suo lavoro in maniera affidabile.
3. Mancanza di una custodia dedicata:
Un piccolo dettaglio migliorabile l’assenza di una **custodia protettiva**. Per quanto sia robusto, un contenitore dedicato avrebbe reso pi facile il trasporto e la protezione contro urti o graffi, soprattutto considerando che il prodotto pensato per essere portato ovunque.
Conclusione:
In generale, la Bosch EasyPump un mini compressore eccellente, ben progettato, pratico e versatile. La qualit Bosch si percepisce a ogni utilizzo, e la sua affidabilit lo rende un acquisto estremamente consigliato per chi cerca un dispositivo compatto e funzionale per ogni evenienza. I piccoli difetti, come l’autonomia della batteria o la velocit di gonfiaggio per pneumatici pi grandi, non compromettono affatto l’esperienza generale. Se sei alla ricerca di un compressore portatile che coniughi praticit, precisione e facilit d’uso, questa la scelta giusta.

J’ai test pendant un mois la nouvelle pompe sans fil Bosch EasyPump dans diverses situations du quotidien. Verdict ? Une petite rvolution dans le monde du gonflage.
PERFORMANCES
La pompe dlivre une puissance surprenante pour sa taille. J’ai chronomtr : 2 minutes pour un pneu de voiture plat, 30 secondes pour un ballon de basket. Le niveau sonore reste contenu, bien en-dessous des compresseurs traditionnels.

L’arrt automatique est bluffant de prcision : on dfinit la pression cible sur l’cran digital, et la pompe s’arrte exactement au bon moment. J’ai vrifi avec un manomtre externe : aucun cart.

Really easy to use and the different values help.
Big buttons and screen make it simple to see what’s happening.
Only gripe is that inflating takes a long time, however it is small a portable which fits on my pack back.
I saw this on a deal day. I didn’t read the reviews. A touch risky? It’s Bosch, so you know you’re getting quality. Just charged it and put it to the test, inflating the tyre on five bikes and a wheelbarrow. Still had half the battery charge left after. Quick and easy with intuitive controls. Great little product.
This pump is great! Purchased to use on my bikes which have a mix or presto and schrader valves. It worked well on both types and once set to the target psi it pumped the tyres up at a good speed. So much easier than using a hand pump and I know it is putting in the exact psi I need. Bought when on a deal so for me it was value for money, I can also use on my car if needed so super versatile. As with most Bosch products it feels well made and sturdy and it feels like it will last well. It has all the attachments you need included in a handy case built into the handle. Would definitely recommend.
