• Is the product not working or failing to start your car?

  Please read the product user manual in advance. If you need further help, we are willing to provide solution.

• Can’t get the product to charge to 100%?

  Discharge the car jump starter to below 30% and then recharge it to fully charge. In order to prolong the service life of the battery, we strongly recommend charging it every 2-3 months.

• Air pump preset only goes up to 51 PSI?

  • Switch to Custom Mode to raise the preset value—up to 150 PSI.

  • To prevent over-inflation, Car Mode limits the maximum preset to 51 PSI.

  • If using inflator for extended periods, it's recommended to stop in every 10 mins to cool down it.

• Can I use it to inflate my car tires?

  Yes, power on and press the air pump button to enter inflation mode. Set the target pressure, then press and hold the button for 3 seconds to start. If a high-temperature warning occurs, the device will pause and resume after cooling.
