Motorway traffic travelling southbound will be diverted to A82 Great Western Road eastbound, joining the M8 at Junction 17 westbound on slip from West Graham St and continuing M8 to Junction 30 where diversion ends.

Non-motorway traffic travelling southbound will be diverted via the A82 Great Western Road eastbound to Crow Road, through the Clyde Tunnel onto Edminson Drive, Helen St, Paisley Rd W West Bound, Glasgow Rd, Old Sneddon St, St James' St, Greenock Rd, St James' Interchange following the A726 up to the interchange under A898 where diversion ends.

According to Amey, emergency service access has been agreed and will be maintained in coordination with relevant parties.

All schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
