I was a bit hesitant buying this due to there being only 1 negative review at time of purchase, but I took the risk as it ticked all my boxes for a robot vacuum and mop. This is the first robot vacuum we’ve owned.
On first opening I couldn’t believe how large the actual robot was! I thought they were smaller, so I was worried about how it would work in our home. We have a large open plan dining, kitchen and sitting room with hard floor and a lot of obstacles – dining table and chairs, bar stools, kids toys. So was worried about how a robot would tackle these, and clean around them, but I have been pleasantly surprised this one actually does quite well.
I do have to pull out all the dining chairs as the robot is too large to fit between the legs and it also just rolls over the bar stool base, as they have a large round chrome base which sits on the floor, so rather than avoid it (obstacle avoidance is not great!) it just straddles over it, but it cleans and mops the base so no complaint!
It manages to avoid bumping into larger things (chair legs, vases, large toys) which is great, but anything close to the floor such as cables, shoes, paper, toy cars etc it cannot avoid and just goes over them, so you do need to make sure everything is picked up before it sets off.
The mopping is adequate, I was hoping it would be a bit better, but I guess the pressure isn’t there, it will eventually get stains up with more than one pass. But I find for anything caked in (think crumbs of sponge cake trodden in the hard floor) it won’t pick up. However I’d usually just pick that up by hand anyway but I was keen to see how it would tackle it. For daily mopping it’s absolutely fine.
We used to clean the whole area after dinner every night, so this vacuum and mop has saved us quite a bit of time. I will still need to do a manual clean of corners once a week and clean up any really stubborn stains, but I’m happy with that!
The app has a lot of options and can take a bit of getting used to and takes time to set up, but after trying several settings I now have it set up the way I like.
The auto empty and mop cleaning are not too loud. The auto drying I set for 2 hours and it’s just a quiet hum, not distracting at all and pads come out clean and dry.
Very pleased with this and I’m so glad it worked out! It’s white fun watching it go about cleaning while I can get on with other things!

Precio: No es el ms barato, pero considerando todas sus funciones y la estacin de vaciado, el precio est justificado.
Tamao de la estacin: Puede ocupar un poco de espacio, aunque es discreta y se adapta bien a cualquier rincn.
En general, el Roborock Q7 MAX+ es una solucin eficiente y moderna para quienes buscan ahorrar tiempo en la limpieza. Su potencia, tecnologa avanzada y facilidad de uso lo convierten en una inversin que vale la pena.

Bin wirklich zufrieden mit dem Roborock was Preis/Leistung angeht, wrde ihn wieder kaufen.
Wir haben eine ebenerdige Wohnung mit 100 m die mit Fliesen und Teppichlufern ausgestattet ist. Bei uns wohnen neben 2 Menschen auch 2 haarende Labrador-Mixe.
Der Roboter luft bei uns ca. 3-4 in der Woche und ich habe bestimmte Rume wie Kinderzimmer und Badezimmer (hier sind die Matten zu hoch und er verfngt sich jedes Mal) bei der Reinigung ausgeschlossen, also reinigt er ca. 70m. Teppiche, die nicht zu hochflorig sind schafft er problemlos, kleine Fumatten schiebt er zur Seite.
Praktisch ist, dass ich bestimmte Bereiche als Sperrzone definieren kann. Bei uns z.B. unter dem Esstisch, da er ber die Kufen der Schwingsthle nicht drber kommt.
Er schafft eine oberflchliche Reinigung, wer super pingelig ist, sollte evtl. ein teureres Produkt whlen. Hartnckige Flecken schafft er nicht, aber die Haare der Hunde sind kein Problem. Auch kleinere Bltter oder Fussel werden problemlos gesaugt. Hier sei gesagt, dass der Wischtuchhalter nicht ber den Teppichen angehoben wird und sie dadurch auch feucht abgewischt werden. Dadurch ist manchmal ein Tuch fr die ganze Wohnung zu wenig und es ist doch arg verschmutzt. Ich stoppe dann die Reinigung und lege einfach ein neues Tuch ein.
Je nach Menge der aufgesaugten Haare, schafft er die automatische Entleerung des Staubbehlters nicht und ich muss die manuell rausziehen und entsorgen. Die Menge des Wassers reicht fr ca. 2 Reinigungen.
Fazit: Fr ne schnelle, oberflchliche Reinigung perfekt. Ersetzt nicht die grndliche Reinigung, da muss man dann doch nochmal nachputzen.
I’ve had this up and running for 4 days now. Bought this for upstairs, mainly carpets. Very easy set up, quick start up guide works. Pros; cleans well, does what it is supposed to, easy to programme. Cleans and mops well even the edges. The dust bag sits in the dock allowing easy access.
Cons, got stuck at the the top of the stairs two days in a row until I managed to programme a no go zone. Since then problem resolved.
Unlike the Curve, the water tank sits inside the robot. For anyone fully mobile and can bend, not a problem. I bought this machine because mobility is an issue and bending is difficult. The descriptions should state where the water and dust are collected in all these machines.
For mainly carpets and few hard floors this is a great machine.
I had been unsure for a long time as to whether to bite the bullet on a robot vacuum, and whether I’d need a mop in it too, but when I came across this model from Roborock, my eye was caught. After watching some online videos and reading some of these reviews, I went for it and got it on a good deal, with it arriving the next day.
The box was well packaged and the unboxing experience was slick and easy. I appreciated the large print easy quick start guide with a QR code to download the app. Setup was seamless, we had fun playing around with the device and the parts. The water tank filling was easy, and we were pleasantly surprised at the sleekness of the docking station (it’s quite small). The vacuum itself is of the same size as I expected – short enough to get under my bed frame, which is key.
The mapping was the first step, and we were just so impressed (it came 50% charged). It waltzed around our apartment and mapped everything out pretty much perfectly on the first go. One thing to note is that as it goes on and does full cleans in the future, it re-maps as it goes, so there’s no need to go through re-mapping regularly. A slightly annoying part was that to add a room, you do need to either do a full clean with that room’s door open or just delete your map and remap from scratch. For us, in a two bedroom single floor apartment, this was easy.
The accuracy was great in my view, and we were able to combine, divide, name or restrict rooms with ease with the super user-friendly app. We enjoyed doing that, actually. You can choose for it to go for a full clean, you can tell it which room to do first, you can choose a zone if you’ve accidentally spilled something, or just a room or two if you’re using others.
One thing we realised is that it says it’s best to do 3 vacuum cycles before a mop cycle – which we did. The mop cloth needs to be removed from the bottom (really easy) and rinsed/dampened and then wrung out. We added some Zoflora to our water tank and the mopping works a treat.
The vacuum power and quality itself is more than adequate for us. I bought this because I was sick of vacuuming myself, and we hardly ever mopped. It’s quiet, cute, easy to program and it has pretty much every customisable option you can think of. The vacuuming does a great job, and we’re super happy with it.
The filter in the vac got dusty quite quickly, but it’s easy enough to remove and clean, and then the auto-deposit feature when it docks (into the dust bag) is just seamless. The battery life has not been an issue for us at all as it re-docks itself and charges without a problem.
The mop feature has a single water dispenser, so do wet the cloth before you give it a go, and I’d recommend putting it on the highest setting if you can. For under 300, we’re just very impressed. It may well be that this is our first vacuum, but I can see how this is going to make my life so much easier, and the remote control features via the app are going to be perfect for cleaning whilst we’re out.
I am a huge fan and if you’re wondering, I’d say just do it!

cela va faire bien 6 mois que je l’utilise rien dire fonctionne trs bien. La prise en main est trs rapide et simple. Concernant le nettoyage il aspire bien. Cependant, je mettrai 4 toiles pour l’option lavage du sol, il peut dpanner mais on ne peut pas s’attendre a un truc parfait pour une petite machine. Rapport qualit prix je dirai 5 toiles.
I have had this for almost two months now and she has been nicknamed ‘Doris’ – not sure where that came from but seems to suit her!
I was sceptical about this item at first, she had no issues in doing the room scans automatically and she did an excellent job of it BUT she had real trouble in docking herself and from the reviews it was said that it couldn’t be on carpet or within so many feet of anything which was so disappointing to read as the only place she could go was behind one of the armchairs, in an alcove, under a table – I really did not want her on a blank wall where she would be so obvious.
I also did not want to admit defeat so I placed her docking station on an old thin plastic desk mat from Ikea and it has worked perfectly! She now lives behind the chair, under a table in an alcove and no one would know she was there.
Doris comes out every night and does the downstairs carpet in the lounge/dining room and the lino in the kitchen, she has only gotten stuck once (between the dining chair legs) and I got a message confirming her location before she went to sleep awaiting rescue in the morning and was put back on her dock lol.
I have a dog and three cats and I have long hair – between the five of us, we shed alot! Doris has no issues whatsoever coping with us. She comes out, does a vacuum on the ‘max’ and ‘deep’ setting and at the end of each clean she auto empties. The dustbag only needed changing after 6 weeks. You only get one dustbag but I have just ordered compatible ones from Amazon and I have changed the original bag for that and there has been no issues.
I haven’t really used the mop option because you have to fill the reservoir and wet her pad to enable her to do it properly, by the time I’ve faffed around doing that I could have just mopped the kitchen floor myself with hot water and disinfectant, so I don’t bother with that option. If I had laminate floors then it would absolutely be worth it, but not just for the kitchen.
I have now got totally used to clearing the floor of dog toys, shoes, etc. and it is wonderful to come down every morning to a fabulously clean and tidy downstairs complete with hoover lines in the carpet…I love it! Now if only they’d bring out something that did dusting and window cleaning too, that would be fantastic!
I haven’t connected her to Alexa yet as it doesn’t seem worth it. I can remotely activate her from my phone and she is scheduled daily to come out anyway so not sure what the point of asking Alexa to do it instead is. I may try that in the future but for now Alexa is busy with her own routines of closing blinds, turning lights on and off and all the other things she does that I just couldn’t live without now lol. It does make me chuckle when I go away and find myself calling ‘Alexa…’ before realising that I have to actually get up and do all these things manually…
I highly recommend this Roborock – it has saved me hours of hoovering and my dogs ears are no longer irritating her because I didn’t do it enough which is a massive bonus and also saves me time and money at the Vets. I’m now thinking of getting another one for upstairs but that might just be too boujee (but I might!)
If you are on the fence in getting one of these, I’d say do it! I didn’t think it was worth it for just the downstairs of my home but I was absolutely wrong! It is just fabulous and well worth it and if anything ever happened to her, she’d get replaced immediately!
What can I say about my Jeeves. (His name) I bought this on a whim. Black Friday deal. After searching all through the offers I chose this. I felt lazy, felt like I was just wasting money on a gadget I didn’t need. I have 4 cats. 4 British shorthairs. 4 indoor cats that shed alot all year. Hard floors downstairs. A little bit fanatical about mess. So I was sweeping about 10 times a day and as soon as I’d sweep or hoover someone would smooth a cat get a handful of hair and drop it on the floor. I love my cats. But the hair is ridiculous. They play and clumps fly around and land everywhere. So I ordered Jeeves and thought if I didn’t like it I’d send it back. What can I say. It’s amazing. I only needed a vacuum so wasn’t bothered about the mopping function. And only downstairs. It mapped my downstairs and started vacuuming. I was totally shocked. I’d had 1 years ago and returned as I wasn’t impressed. It randomly just went around in circles. Watching this 1 vacuum was frustrating in the begining as sweeping myself would be so much quicker but now I can do something else. I have set rooms, I’ve customised each room, I’ve tried the mopping and actually liked it. I flat mop every night. And a spin deep clean mop once weekly. This now mops the kitchen and hallway. It doesn’t mop my living room as I have ceramic tiles and hate streaks so flat mop nightly with diluted vinegar which doesn’t leave streaks. I have tried Jeeves mopping this room and it was ok. A bit streaky so I’ll still do that myself. I’m very fussy about my shiny floor. But it wasn’t bought for that reason anyway. I can send it to any room which is great. Alexa starts it off. I can choose to mop & vacuum or vacuum only in rooms. It’s great going over rugs. Doesn’t struggle at all. It ends and finds the docking station easily. It’s even ventured upstairs. Does it make me lazy. Hell no. It’s just another helping hand. My washing machine doesn’t make me lazy so why would this. I would recommend to everyone. I set it now to hoover once I’ve gone to bed. Don’t care how much the cats shed during the day. Sometimes it comes out twice. I still may sweep and hoover. But it definitely helps. It actually likes my cats too which is great. It never runs them over even when it’s being hit. It just turns direction.
