• Does this dash cam include an SD card? What type is recommended?

  Yes, a 64GB U3 microSD card has been preinstalled in the front dash cam.We recommend using a U3 or higher-speed microSD card(32GB–512GB) from a trusted brand for stable 4K recording. Low-speed or incompatible cards may cause recording issues.

• Does the dashcam package include a hardwire kit for 24H parking monitoring?

  No. Like most dash cams, it does not include a hardwire kit. To enable parking monitoring, you need a compatible hardwire kit connected correctly to your car’s fuse box (ASIN: B0CTX8CMY4, sold separately). Third-party wire kits may not be compatible.

• My car doesn’t have a cigarette lighter. Can I still use the dash cam?

  Yes, you can. If no cigarette lighter, use a USB-A/C to USB-C cable (search B0CTY2259G or B0CZHVQZTC), power bank, or hardwire kit (B0CTX8CMY4). Only the cigar car charger is included to power the dash cam. Power supply must be 5V/2.5A or above.

• Can I use CarPlay/Android Auto and the dash cam at the same time? Does the camera record without WiFi or app connection?

  No, they cannot use the same phone WiFi at the same time. Simply disconnect the dash cam WiFi to use CarPlay/Android Auto normally. Or use two devices (phone/tablet) to connect both. The dash cam still records without WiFi as long as it is powered.

• Will the car battery drain if the dash cam light stays on after parking?

  Yes, it will if it continues receiving power while parked. If your cigar lighter stays powered, unplug the dash cam when parked or use a compatible hardwire kit (ASIN: B0CTX8CMY4, not included) with low-voltage protection to prevent battery drain.
