If you suffer from headaches and migraines or just need a way to relax after a long day, this eye massager is for you!
The features are incredible. There is a speaker in the unit that plays spa music for relaxing, white noise for sleeping and nature sounds. It is very comfortable and massages around the eyes, upper cheeks, eyelids and temples.
There are 3 settings of massage. light, medium and strong massage. The strongest massage is not too strong. It feels soooo good.
You can choose heating, cooling, a combination of both or nothing.
Just as with the temperatures, you can choose to turn off massage and just have heating and cooling.
The adjustable strap makes it easy for the entire family.
My 6 year old autistic kiddo loves this massager. It calms her so quickly and has even put her to sleep.
It is very user friendly. The buttons on the sides are simple to understand and when you press them, a soft voice tells you the setting.
Its auto off feature is great. You can keep it on all night long or take it off and put it right on the nightstand and it will turn off by itself.
Bob and Brad thought of everything when they created this EYEFLOW massager.

Bob and Brad eye massagers have improved my life in the best ways. I have suffered from dry eyes for several years now. I used over the counter eye drops several times a day along with a very expensive prescription eye drop. Yet I still suffered from dry, irritated eyes and blurred vision until I discovered Bob and Brad heated eye massagers. My doctor had recommended I use an eye mask that has to be heated in the microwave. That was too much of a bother, so it didn’t happen. Bob and Brad eye massagers heat up with a built-in rechargeable battery, no microwave required. Because they are so easy to use, I started using them twice a day and my dry eyes all but disappeared. And the battery on this new EYEFLOW model last so much longer than my old mask, and it charges up incredibly fast.
Beyond eye health, this has been a tool for my mental health. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the eye massage helps with my anxiety. I hold a lot of stress in my body and when the body tenses, the brain interprets this physical signal as a threat. This response is bad for the body and brain in many harmful ways. It also interferes with sleep. I saw such a wonderful difference in my sleep after I started using the mask. It helps me relax, fall asleep faster, and get deeper more refreshing rest.
Unlike the previous model the Eyeflow is incredibly quiet. The description claims the ‘whisper-quiet motor’ creates a ‘private sanctuary,’ and I found this to be delightfully true! It is also lightweight and feels great on the face. The Bluetooth is a great feature. I can listen to my favorite relaxing music- Vivaldi’s Four Seasons.
Bob and Brad also have amazing customer service. They responded very quickly to an issue I had and completely resolved it in a marvelous way. It is so refreshing to find that kind of service these days. I will stick with this company.
I do not use the cool feature because dry eyes benefit from heat and this winter has been too cold for cold eyes. But in the summer, I think the cool will feel really good. My daughter suffers from migraines, so I let her try my mask and she loves the cool to hot feature. Her review follows.
My daughter’s review
I’ve been using the Bob and Brad Eye Massager, and overall, I really love it. One of the biggest pros is the hot and cold settings, which are incredibly helpful for migraine relief and eye strain. The mask itself is comfortable and doesn’t feel heavy or irritating, even during longer sessions. A standout feature for me is the Bluetooth capability—being able to listen to my audiobooks while getting a massage takes the experience to another level of relaxation. I’ve honestly fallen asleep using it several times, which says a lot about how soothing it is.
My only real downside is the session length. I wish there were a longer option—30 minutes or more—because just when I’m fully relaxed, the massage ends. That said, this is a minor complaint compared to how effective and calming the device is overall. Despite the short session time, this eye massager has become a regular part of my self-care routine, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone dealing with migraines, eye fatigue, or stress.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this product except for I do own another Bob and Brad product which I have had for a long time. This product is also well made and will last a long time. You can tell the quality immediately. I put this on and It is so simple to use. I love the voice control. You can just put this on and lie back and then you don’t have to do anything else and if you want to change something it’s very simple to do by speaking. There is a very nice ease of use. I enjoy the gel mask. I can make it as cold as I want and the item itself heats up if you want it to or you can use it with no heat so the temperature levels can be adjusted to whatever you want. I do want to talk about the gel mask because it is great. It’s very soft and very comfortable. You can also adjust the pressure to very soft. There are five levels of pressure and one of them is no pressure so if you just want to have cool or heat you can just do that without the massage part. This is also able to block out all light. If you’re in a place where there’s a lot of light and you just want to have it dark, this is so excellent for that especially with all the other things that you can do with it. There are four levels of heat with one of them being heat off, of course you want to have the heat off if you want it cool. There are also settings for the timer there are three settings which is perfect. All of these things can be done with your voice and it’s so simple I really do love that part. There are also modes where it’ll just run certain programs. It is programmed with five modes. Really nice. It has its own music. Two very relaxing songs which I like and also there are two rain sounds, soft rain and hard rain. That’s really excellent when you’re trying to relax. There is also an option to use your own music with the Bluetooth. I have enjoyed using this product. I can see myself using it daily. It will shut itself off as well after certain periods of time and you can set that, too. All in all this is a great product for a few reasons with the best one being How easy it is to use and how nice it makes you feel.
Exceeded My Expectations!
I always enjoy Bob and Brad products and the Eye Massager is no exception. Good quality and lives up to the description. I’ve been trying it out for over two weeks now and really look forward to using it right before bed every night.
I have a 23″ head and found zero fit issues on my big noggin. Easy to adjust and there’s plenty of room to go up even a tad larger if you need it.
Don’t be put off by what feels sort of weird the first day or so. It takes a little getting used to. My biggest challenge in the beginning was finding the perfect spot on my face where the weight of the headset didn’t compress my nasal passages. But not to fear, I’ve perfected my technique. Body angle is the key. I now wear it with no issues.
I tried all of the various massage and heat (cool) options as the days went on and have settled on my perfect combination. Having so many options available is amazing. They’ve thought of everything!
As for the voice commands? Honestly, the buttons are so easy I just use those. For me at least, it’s just a more sedate experience.
I can’t comment on the music function because sound and music bother me, so I appreciate the fact that I can turn off the music. As for the sound of the unit itself, it’s actually rather hypnotic and soothing. Not very loud at all and in a low enough tone not to bother my auditory sensitivities.
Battery life seems to be quite good, and charging is fast enough not to be annoying.
Would definitely recommend this eye massager to anyone and not just those with tired eyes or tense temples. It’s such a pleasure that I find myself drifting off at times during the 15-minute cycle.

It is great and actually it is the only massager offering built in cold setting. For a migrane, i can’t think of anything heated as that would get me nauseous and all other massagers only offer cooling mask, not a built in cold option. Thankfully you can turn off the music because it is not something I want to hear. I don’t mind the little system working sounds as they don’t bother me. I am not sure about battery life but it should last long as it has 2000 mAh. Pressure is really good and tight. I can add the mask on my forehead if I wanted to massage higher up. Quality seems great so far and I see no issues with this. I am really pleased and my brother suffers from constant migranes so this will be a perfect gift to aid his suffering. Thank you for designing it and more should design the built in cooling chip as providing just the cooling mask is very misleading. This is actually the real cooling one and in the UK I can’t find another one like this
