funziona molto bene!
frigorifero portatile elettrico da 25 LT e congelatore molto bello esteticamente, e’ dotato di ruote per il trasporto e di una comoda maniglia estraibile piu’ un comodo apribottiglie laterale, ha un display che indica la temperatura di entrambi i vani frigo/congelatore, essendo questo il modello base ha un’unica impostazione per entrambi, non e’ quindi possibile impostare una temperatura diversa tra i due scomparti, fara’ tutto in autonomia. Ha due modalita’ di utilizzo, normale o eco, in quella normale il consumo sara’ di 60 W mentre per quella eco di 45W, la temperatura va da -20 a +20 , questo almeno quanto dichiarato dal venditore, in realta’ non ne sono molto certa perche’ non ho strumenti idonei per verificarlo,pero’ posso assicurare che raffredda molto! Piccola nota informativa, le bottiglie da 2lt non stanno ne’ in piedi ne’ in orizzontale ma stanno se messe oblique!

beh, come ho detto prima esteticamente e’ bello, si trasporta bene e fa il suo dovere, raffredda molto bene, quasi meglio del mio frigo in cucina ( un po’ vecchiotto), quindi per chi ha un camper o va in campeggio credo sia la soluzione perfetta, fa un po’ di rumore ma nulla di fastidioso, mentre per chi solitamente come me fa viaggi in macchina con piu’ valige annesse forse non e’ l’ideale per via delle grosse dimensioni che seppur avevo letto, non mi davano l’idea effettiva del vero ingombro che e’ piuttosto notevole,peccato perche’ per il resto e’ un prodotto molto valido anche se devo segnalare che quello arrivato a me ha le viti della cerniera che sorreggono il vano piu’ piccolo fallate, non si bloccano e girano a vuoto rendendo un po’ ballerino il coperchio,ma poco male, le sostituoro’ con altre .
per il resto non posso che ritenermi soddisfatta e consigliarlo!
Friforifero Portatile 38 litri
Apicool una marca di affidabile, realizza una vasta gamma di frigoriferi portatili tutti ben progettati ed efficienti. Ho potuto provare il modello da 38 Litri che utilizza un sistema di raffreddamento a compressione, idoneo per chi ha esigenze di raffreddamento potenti, che riescano a lavorare con temperature elevate anche per periodi prolungati. Il frigorifero portatile di Apicool da 38 litri riesce a raggiungere una temperatura di -20 gradi centigradi nel vano congelatore da 3 litri e lo 0 termico in quello da 22 litri.
Ha la presenza di un apribottiglie incorporato nella scocca e appena allacciato all’alimentazione inizia ad emettere un ronzio quasi impercettibile, solamente 45 decibel. Poco pi di un sussurro e quindi quasi non udibile, non ho notato vibrazioni o per lo meno se esistono sono praticamente impercettibili.
Dotato di ruote per facilitarne il trasporto e maniglia estendibile, nella parte superiore sono presenti i tasti per il funzionamento. Acceso/spento, un secondo che regola la potenza massima o eco, altri due tasti + e — per selezionare la temperatura. Solamente quella del congelatore impostabile, l’altro vano funziona in maniera passiva ricevendo il raffrescamento in modo indiretto e lavorando su temperature riflesse dallo scomparto congelatore.
Buona la trasportabilit possibile utilizzarlo in auto, camper, barche. E’ ideale sia che si tratti di trascorrere del tempo libero in un campeggio o durante un pic nic che per il lavoratore. Soddisfa
la necessit di conservare il pranzo o i liquidi necessari per chi trascorre la giornata all’aperto. Ad esempio in un cantiere edile, durante eventi automobilistici o altro, In una pausa lavorativa, nelle giornate estive, bersi una bibita fresca oltre a favorire la giusta idratazione corporea restituisce anche la sensazione di benessere.
Personalmente l’ho trovato comodo anche per fare la spesa, ci ripongo i prodotti surgelati o che devono stare al fresco durante il tragitto tra il supermercato e la casa evitando cos di ricorrere alle borse frigor.
Great size, it is a squeeze in a car boot (audi a3), but it does fit. Left it on low power mode, set to -5, with the ignition off for 4 hours and the car started fine. Wouldnt want to leave much longer. Can fit easily 20 330ml can, with 2 1.5 litre water bottles, and some ftuit and snacks.
The small compartment isnt cooled. It is just cooler than outside. With the main temperature set to -5 (is accurate, froze the water), the small area is around 7-9 degrees.
Great quality, even stayed cool overnight when unplugged, but not sure its very insulated to use as a coolbox unplugged.
Was in the boot of the car, but even when brought into the hotel for a few days, plugged i to the wall, very quiet.

Brilliant cool box. Used it for the first time in the camper during a heatwave and it worked perfectly. I had the smaller section as the freezer for ice cubes and ice-cream lollies. These stayed proper frozen. Having 2 split lids helps so you aren’t losing the cold in one when going in the other.
The bigger section had plenty of space as the fridge. So much so, I might add in a bag as a top layer with the smaller bits of food in so not to lose them!
It runs quietly too, kicking in every now and then to top itself up. Do note the dimensions when deciding which alpicool to buy because it is sizeable. That’s what I wanted as it is the only fridge/freezer I have available for our summer holiday in the camper. I’m not going to be carrying it to the beach without a trolley as it is heavy when full.
As a brand, alpicools are great at what they do and have a quality feel to them. It looks smart and has both mains and 12v cigarette lighter cables too. Recommend.
I picked up the Alpicool KLS38 31L Compressor Car Fridge for camping trips, and honestly, it’s been a gamechanger. It cools fast — proper compressor cooling, not that halfhearted “cool-ish” you get from cheaper boxes. I loaded it with food, drinks, and everything stayed perfectly chilled all weekend. No soggy sandwiches, no warm water bottles, no drama.
It holds temperature brilliantly, even when the car’s off, and the 31L capacity is spot on for a couple of days away. Quiet, efficient, and doesn’t drain the battery like you’d fear. It’s sturdy too, so it can be handled being lugged in and out of the boot without complaint but we mounted it in the back of the truck.
If you’re camping, roadtripping, or just want a reliable fridge that actually keeps things cold, this one’s a winner. Would absolutely buy again.
Wow! Where to start, an exceptional built fridge/freezer. I had an alpicool fridge which I’ve had for years and it’s still going strong. I needed one with freezer as my dog is on butternut box frozen food. When away anywhere I needed to keep food frozen as to keep freshness. This has been running in my house for a week now and it’s brilliant. I have large section as fridge and small section as freezer. The performance so far is amazing and the quality and durability it exceptional. It cooled/froze very fast within an hour and it’s very quiet. It’s quite heavy but the portability is good. Overall an excellent buy would highly recommend
Superb fridge / freezer, does exactly what it is supposed to do, chills quickly, runs quietly, maintains temperature well even inside a tent in 39C heat, feels very robust and well made. Also great communication and customer service from the seller. Would not hesitate to buy another of these.
Great little fridge/freezer, holds temperature very well. Just done a hot 3 day 3 night camp day time temperature around 30C and it kept food and drink at perfect temperature, I had ice cubes for drinks and 4 ice packs to keep food cool if things went wrong.
A Jackery 1000 explorer v2 will power this unit for at least 36 hours, I actually got 38 on my first try, fridge pulls about 24 Watts but cuts in and out so not constant. With solar panels I used about 20% of the Jackery over a 12-13 hour period between pre dusk and me putting the panels back up next morning.
Worked well off a car power point.
Has an external 240/12volt power adapter, works well off 240 but uses more power than the 12 volt car type socket when running off the Jackery.
No bluetooth or wifi connection, less to go wrong but not so good if you love tech. No baskets but if you pack well that’s not a problem. I would definitely buy one of these again or recommend to a friend.
So far, so good. Not taken it camping yet but had it plugged in over the weekend in the house during an heatwave, and managed to make some ice cubes in the little tray provided. I noticed some reviews saying it doesn’t have the app- I thought this too at first, as there is literally no mention of it anywhere on the box or in the instructions. But I downloaded that Alpicool app anyway, just out of curiosity, and it found it! Connected easily by Bluetooth. You can check and adjust the temp of each section, and switch between eco/max mode. Helpful for checking it on the journey while it’s in the boot. Seems really good value for money- the real test will be when we take it away to France camping- based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m optimistic.
