Print well, good value
These 937XL 937 Ink Cartridges Multipack 9720e 9730e Compatible for HP937 are good quality. The cartridges feel well made and with sturdy ink housing. They came sealed with no issues of leaking and were well labelled. The black and cyan fitted well into the printer, they went in smoothly and fitted securely. I haven’t used the other two as of yet. If this is your first time using 3rd party ink cartridges, you may have to disable firmware updates otherwise your printer won’t recognise them. Guides can be found online. HP+ subscribers may have issues using 3rd party ink cartridges, so I advise looking into this before purchasing. The printouts were good, no fading, leaking or blurring. These are XL cartridges, so you should get more print outs than normal cartridges, though I can’t confirm if this is correct as I haven’t used them up yet. Overall happy with these ink cartridges and they are good value.
Good compatible ink set with solid everyday performance
I’ve been using this ink set in my printer, and I’m very impressed with the results. Installation was easy and stress free. The cartridges were immediately recognised by the printer without any error messages.

Good value ink with minor hiccup
My trusty OfficeJet Pro 9125e was sitting sulking with an empty tank again, so I slotted in this Victoner 937XL multipack and crossed my fingers. The printer whirred, lights flashed, and, relief, the built-in chip played nicely straightaway.
I first gave it a proper test after a late shift, printing 30 copies of the school bake sale flyer plus a stack of dinosaur colouring sheets my 6 year old begged for at 6 am. Colours popped, blacks looked solid, no streaks even when I accidentally tugged the paper mid-print, blame the labrador.
And the yield seems generous; after roughly 400 pages the level bars have barely nudged. I’m no print engineer but 2500 pages of black ink sounds believable at this rate.
But one gripe, the cyan cartridge reports as “non HP” every couple of days, so I have to tap “OK” on the screen, hardly a crisis yet still mildly annoying at pre coffee o’clock. One point docked for that.
Good value cartridges with minor hiccup
My OfficeJet Pro 9720e drinks ink like my son demolishes biscuits, so I took a punt on this Victoner multipack. Slotted the four XL cartridges in last Saturday just before knocking together a marketing pitch and the printer recognised each one straight away, chip and all, no secret firmware ritual needed.
Over three days I rattled off 80 presentation handouts, a thick stack of the kids’ dinosaur colouring pages and one emergency boarding pass. Text came out crisp, blacks deep, colours bright enough for a seven year old’s Triceratops to look suitably terrifying. The stated 2500 pages for black and 1650 for colours feels believable, the level bars are barely nudging after the week’s abuse.
But the yellow did sputter once during a big A3 chart, a quick head clean fixed it yet that hiccup cost a minute I didn’t have. And I can’t shake the feeling HP’s next update might throw a wobbly.
Still, for hassle free everyday printing this lot earns a solid nod from me.

Reliable Compatible Ink Cartridges with Crisp Print Quality
I wanted a compatible replacement set of ink cartridges for everyday home office printing, including letters, invoices, colour documents, spreadsheets and the occasional photo, and these have made a very good first impression.
Installation was straightforward, with each cartridge fitting securely into the printer and being recognised without any additional setup thanks to the integrated chips. As expected with compatible cartridges, a non-genuine cartridge message may appear on the printer, but after confirming the prompt, everything worked normally and printing could begin straight away.
Print quality has been consistently impressive. Black text is sharp and well defined, making smaller fonts easy to read, while the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges produce vibrant, balanced colours with good saturation. Charts, presentation graphics and everyday images show smooth gradients and even colour coverage, with no noticeable streaking or banding during normal use. Ink also dries quickly on standard office paper, helping to reduce the risk of smudging when handling freshly printed documents.
The cartridges themselves feel well made. The plastic housings are sturdy, the moulding is clean and precise, and the electrical contacts and protective seals appear to be finished to a good standard. They slot firmly into place without excessive force, suggesting good manufacturing tolerances. The quoted page yields are generous, although only extended use will show whether they consistently achieve the advertised capacity under typical printing conditions.
The only minor drawback is that, like many compatible cartridges, the printer warning needs acknowledging before first use. It is only a small inconvenience, but worth being aware of if you’ve not used compatibles before.
Overall, it has met my expectations and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable, good quality compatible cartridge set that delivers crisp text, vibrant colour output and straightforward installation at a sensible price.

I ordered these for my HP Officejet pro 9720e, which I knew when I bought it, that replacement inks where expensive. I basically had a choice of an expensive printer with relatively cheap ink or a cheap printer with relatively expensive ink. I chose the latter since I only print small quantities, however, like most people, I would like to minimise the cost of printing, which is why I was interested in trying these cartridges. These cartridges are the same size and shape as the original cartridges and physically fit in the printer. Fortunately, these cartridges work in the printer, and the results look pretty similar to me, though my use is mainly for printing documents. My only concern is how this ink will work long term, not gumming up the print heads. However, so far so good.

Works on a 9720e
I ordered the four-cartridge pack containing the black and three colours. The packaging was different to that pictured and the cartridges were not individually shrink wrapped. They look similar in design to the original HP cartridges (see image). They are supplied with instructions. There is no suggested use by date.
The cartridges fit snuggly into the printer and the chip performs correctly. The printer accepts the cartridge without issue. I have only used two of the colours so far but the ink level is being reported correctly and there have been no leaks or smudging. I’m a low volume user so it is too early to comment upon consumption but it appears to be high yield and every bit as efficient as the originals.
With all that said, the pricing is wrong. At the time of this review, they are priced at just ninety-five pounds. That makes them almost as expensive as the HP originals. Other compatible cartridge packs for my printer are on Amazon for around half the price. So, at the moment, I’m not able to recommend them based on the prevailing price.

J’apprcie particulirement le fait qu’elle reste discrte sur mon bureau encombr, grce son fonctionnement silencieux. En termes de qualit d’impression, elle rpond parfaitement aux besoins essentiels ; les couleurs sont vives et bien dfinies. Cependant, quelques aspects pourraient tre amliors, notamment la gestion des pages restantes indiques par l’imprimante. Malgr cela, le rapport entre utilisation et qualit est satisfaisant dans l’ensemble. Je recommanderais sans hsiter ce produit d’autres utilisateurs.
