I received this ink cartridge set recently and have had the chance to try it out.
I needed a replacement set for a home printer used for a mix of documents, postage labels and the occasional colour print, and these cartridges were straightforward to install. The printer recognised them without any fuss, which is often one of the biggest concerns when using compatible cartridges.
Print quality has been very good so far. Black text comes out sharp and easy to read, while colour prints show decent vibrancy for everyday use such as charts, schoolwork and general photo printing. I also noticed that solid colour areas printed evenly without obvious streaking or banding after the initial alignment process.
The cartridges themselves feel well made, with sturdy plastic housings and secure contacts. They fitted properly into the printer and locked into place as expected. The advertised XL capacity is another advantage, especially for anyone who prints regularly and wants to reduce the frequency of cartridge changes.

Tout est OK
Ensemble de deux cartouches, parfaites pour ma Pixma. C’est du reconditionn, ou compatible, c’est plus colo que des cartouches qui n’ont jamais t utilises. C’est du XL donc on est sur 600 pages imprimer en moyenne pour la noire et 400 pour la couleur, ce qui est un rendement trs intressant, de quoi tre tranquille un bon bout de temps. Sur la qualit de l’encre, rien a dire tout est OK.
No issues with anything printed
These 540 and 541 Ink Cartridges TS5150 TS5151 Compatible for Canon are good quality. I found the cartridges well made and both have sturdy ink housing. They come sealed with no signs of leaking and both were clearly labelled. They fitted well into the printer. The documents I printed came out well, no fading, leaking or blurring. I haven’t printed many colour documents or photographs so can’t comment on how well the ink cartridges performs for these, however what I did print in colour, looked well. These have only been installed, so I cannot comment on how long they will last compared to genuine branded ink cartridges, but everything looks good so far. Overall good quality and value.

Bonne alternative aux originales, mais qualit variable selon les usages
J’utilise rgulirement des cartouches compatibles pour mes imprimantes Canon Pixma, ce qui me permet de comparer assez facilement leur comportement face aux modles d’origine. Ce duo 540XL/541XL s’installe sans difficult: la reconnaissance par l’imprimante est immdiate et je n’ai rencontr aucun message d’erreur. Le dbit d’encre est stable ds la premire impression, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas avec des compatibles.
Pour un usage bureautique classique (documents texte, factures, courriers), le rendu est propre: le noir est suffisamment dense et ne bave pas, mme sur du papier standard. Les couleurs sont correctes, mais un peu moins satures que celles des cartouches Canon; cela reste largement suffisant pour des graphiques ou des impressions occasionnelles. En revanche, pour des photos ou des visuels exigeants, on voit vite les limites: les dgrads manquent de finesse et les aplats colors ne sont pas parfaitement uniformes.
La promesse de rendement lev (600 pages pour le noir, 400 pour la couleur) semble raliste pour un usage modr, mme si cela dpend videmment du taux de couverture. Aprs plusieurs impressions, je n’ai pas constat de traces, de stries ou de bouchage des buses, ce qui est souvent le point faible des compatibles. Le seul bmol concerne la constance: sur un lot prcdent, j’avais eu une cartouche couleur un peu capricieuse, ce qui montre que la qualit peut varier d’un exemplaire l’autre.
Pour un usage quotidien non photographique, ces cartouches font trs bien le travail et permettent de prolonger la vie d’une imprimante sans se ruiner. Pour un rendu professionnel ou photo, mieux vaut rester sur de l’original.
Compatible et rendu identique !
Je trouve personnellement que ces cartouches d’encre 540 et 541 au format XL fonctionnent parfaitement avec mon imprimante Canon Pixma MG3600. Aprs les avoir installes, elles ont t reconnues immdiatement par l’imprimante, qui affiche galement leur niveau d’encre au maximum. C’est un point que j’apprcie particulirement et qui montre, selon moi, qu’elles sont parfaitement compatibles avec l’imprimante.
Ce que j’aime le plus, c’est la qualit d’impression. Je trouve que les documents sont nets et que les couleurs sont bien restitues. Les dgrads sont harmonieux et le rendu est trs proche de celui obtenu avec les cartouches d’origine.
J’apprcie aussi le format XL qui permet de profiter d’une plus grande autonomie. Cela vite de remplacer les cartouches trop souvent, ce qui est apprciable lorsque l’on imprime rgulirement.
Personnellement, j’utilise mon imprimante aussi bien pour imprimer des documents que des photos, et je suis satisfait du rsultat dans les deux cas. Les impressions sont propres, les couleurs sont fidles et je n’ai rencontr aucun problme de compatibilit.
Je recommande donc ces cartouches d’encre pour leur parfaite compatibilit, leur excellente qualit d’impression et leur bon rapport qualit-prix. Pour moi, elles offrent des performances trs proches des cartouches d’origine et j’en suis vraiment trs satisfait !

Great print quality without any fuss
I fitted these into my printer in just a couple of minutes and they were recognised straight away. The print quality has been very good for both everyday documents and colour pages. Black text is crisp, colours look bright, and I have not noticed any smudging or streaks during normal use.

Reconnaissance immdiate sur ma Pixma
Je les ai commandes pour remplacer mes anciennes cartouches qui avaient fini par avoir un problme de tte d’impression.
Je les ai installes hier sur mon imprimante Canon Pixma et elles ont t reconnues tout de suite, sans message d’erreur ni manipulation particulire.
Les premires impressions sont propres, avec un noir bien marqu et des couleurs fidles pour les documents du quotidien.
L’installation est identique aux cartouches que j’utilisais auparavant, donc aucun souci de compatibilit. Il faudra voir sur la dure pour l’autonomie, mais pour le moment elles remplissent parfaitement leur rle.
Vu le prix par rapport aux cartouches d’origine, je suis satisfait de cet achat et je les recommande!!!
The first thing I noticed when I opened the bags they were sealed in was a very messy line of what appears to be hot glue or similar running around the underside of the top of both black and colour cartridges. It makes it very clear that they’re reconditioned, and to be honest I was a bit concerned that it would interfere with the printer accepting them, as how the printer recognises different non-brand cartridges sometimes appears something of an esoteric mystery.
Thankfully they were installed easily and fit well, and were immediately recognised by the printer. My computer even accurately registered how full they were, which was good to see, as that has been known to be a bit of a problem with reconditioned cartridges in the past whereby they show as being empty right from the start.
These came sealed in plastic bags with tape over the print head and a plastic cap protecting both the print head and the chip at the top. The clips can be relatively easily put back on if needed. The colour cartridge weighed 52.23 grams while the black one was a little less for some reason at 46.65 grams.
I was happy with the print quality after printing out a test image to check the colour. There’s some slight streaking in the cyan, but that’s likely something that can be fixed with standard maintenance actions such as aligning the print heads. Essentially, the print quality was about the same as I would expect from a normal official brand cartridge. However, when I took the cartridges out, the black showed signs of leaking quite noticeably even just after printing the one page, which was a bit disappointing.
At their current price of 44.99 I don’t know if I can really say these are all that good a value, considering this appears to be almost as expensive as their official counterparts, especially for ones that are clearly a bit poorly put together, as evidenced from the messy lines of glue. That, alongside the potential leaking problem, is why I’ve given them four stars instead of five.
Compatibili ed efficienti per la mia vecchia stampante ink-jet Canon.
sempre pi difficile, nei negozi della mia zona, trovare queste cartucce per la mia stampante Canon un po’ datata, per fortuna su Amazon sono ancora reperibili.
Sono delle cartucce “compatibili”, probabilmente rigenerate perch sulla scatolina scritto “Remanufactured Product”, ma arrivano ben confezionate, sigillate e protette.
Il montaggio non mi ha dato problemi, la stampante le ha “accettate” subito e non mi ha segnalato errori.
Ho stampato un paio di volte la pagina di allineamento perch la prima non era risultata perfetta e poi ho fatto delle prove sia stampando testo su carta normale sia foto su carta fotografica. I risultati sono stati soddisfacenti non ho notato differenze sostanziali con le precedenti cartucce originali di casa Canon.
Al momento non sono tra le pi economiche acquistabili su Amazon ma sono senz’altro meno costose delle originali, permettono stampe di buona qualit e, essendo delle XL, spero anche che durino a lungo.
