Good cleane
It works well, my new cleaning pal. Floor dries in a reasonable time. Good water capacity, I like that the sound changes to alert you that it is empty.
The pads are not so good, worn already, stained easily. Wish they sold affordable replacement pads. Still not sure how to use all the parts included as yet.

So I needed to replace a well known brand, I couldn’t believe the price of it now. I purchased this one after doing a Google search. It is really easy to put together, you don’t need to be a nuclear scientist to use it. On and off button, fill the tank and stand back in amazement!! The amount of steam this generates is better than my old one. This is excellent. My carpet looks cream again and my floors are sparkling clean. This lifts the dirt out of carpets so easily. No chemicals are needed but a water fragrance, especially for steam cleaners, is a good idea. I have cats and the fur has come out of the carpet like magic. I used a carpet scraper and produced another cat with the fur clogged in my carpets!! I am so pleased with this steamer, for the price I paid, you can’t afford not to have it. I had tried so many carpet spot cleaning sprays and foams, when all I needed was a great steamer. The jet of steam works with all of the tools too. You can tackle every room and every job easily. The pads wash well in your washer, even my old pads fit this steamer. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. I promise that you won’t be disappointed with this purchase. Just to say, it is sturdy enough and it takes seconds to heat up your cold water. The cable is long enough and the water tank is so easy to fill. I don’t understand the negative reviews on here? I am very happy with my steamer. Go and buy it now!! Enjoy x

Je viens d’essayer pour la premire fois sur mon carrelage et je suis ravie : facile manier, assez d’autonomie d’eau en mettant seulement 175ml, et bien plus efficace que ma serpillire classique notamment sur les tches que j’aurais d frotter. Et puis, autres points forts : normalement la chaleur dsinfecte le sol, et dans tous les cas, a sche trs vite ! Je pense que niveau qualit-prix et accesoires, c’est le meilleur disponible actuellement.
Love the cable length, easy swivel head, bottom weight and fast steam. The only way to stop emitting so much steam, the maual suggests is switching the power off. The cleaning cloth became exessively wet/saturated during use, so to compensate for this I was working quicker to spread the mop more effectively and avoid water marking. Replacing cloth mid use as suggested in the manual was too time consuming. Could very well be because Microfiber is new so will wash both cloths that came with product by next use time. There is also the matter of a mid use refill with the 175ML which means distilled water needed a drain at the end of use. This is my favourite and the cheapest (36.99), most capable upright steam mop from a mid to lower range. Very please. Diane
Absolutely love this steamer, i bought a shark steamer last year but gave it away as i wasnt impressed with it. This steamer has so many attachments to use, plus 2 pads for floors, ive used several of the attachments to steam my home, and i really like this steamer, i bought it cuz my friend has the same 1, she was using hers all over her home loving it. I like its not heavy, its quick to start steaming, its easy to use, id recommend it to others, its not over priced either, and bonus it has a long cord.
We found it easy to assemble, used for first time today, worked really well, floors look really clean, personally I would have liked cord to be a little longer so I could go straight through two rooms.
