Four former ATS Euromaster garages for sale in Essex
It comes as ATS Euromaster is winding down its UK operations. The majority of centres are now closed, however, as part of this controlled closure, ATS Euromaster has sold a number of centres which are now under new management. Here are several sites up for sale.
West Thurrock - London Road
A former ATS centre on Queensbridge Industrial Park in West Thurrock is being marketed as a high-bay warehouse with strong motorway links and a substantial secure yard.
The 12,620 sq ft semi-detached warehouse sits on a 0.62-acre site just off London Road and is available freehold with vacant possession, with offers over GBP1.25m invited, exclusive of VAT. 
Outside, there is a secure concrete yard of about 1,900 sq m with parking for roughly 24 vehicles. 
The estate sits close to Lakeside Shopping Centre and within reach of the Dartford Crossing, with nearby occupiers including Screwfix, Euro Car Parts, Renault Trucks and Hermes Distribution. Clacton-on-Sea - High Street
A sizeable former ATS operation on Clacton High Street has come to the market, combining dealership-style frontage with extensive workshop and storage space.
