    Works wonderfully
I’m charging it for the first time now. It came with someone else’s hair all over it and covered with dirt and dust. It’s refurbished but I would have expected it to be clean. And no batteries for the remote of course. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me the batteries. By the way I love this thing

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersNot a real substitute for vacuum or mop
Working from home but long hours, often without lunch break I wanted some way to clean my laminate floors/vinyl in kitchen that would give me time to enjoy my weekends. Was recommended the Eufy from someone who leaves theirs to run overnight (vacuum only) but having laminate on ground floor throughout decided to go for the G10 Hybrid that has been adapted for just laminate/vinyl flooring.

Took a while to get the app set up and with a lot of hassle connected to Alexa. Find the app easier to use than Alexa.

Pressed clean and happy to say ‘Robbie’ set off and does indeed attempt to go in a straight line but with lots of little corners (grate/furniture) it can deviate from this but, leaving it to carry on it does continue to cover most of the flooring area. Was pleasantly surprise at amount of dust picked up when emptying the container.

You do have to leave it to clean area for about 5 or 6 times over same area rather than one sweep.

Just tried out the mopping and will say it is okay but not suitable for any soiled areas (difficult to press spot cleaning at the right point).

It will go over low points such as edging strips and under sofa’s on legs (woohoo) but you do have to ensure there are no cables on the floor that could tangle up (they supply cable ties so you can group these up which it will bounce off).

I think it is getting used to the idea that you select an area to work on and leave it to run for about 30 to 40 mins (going over area several times) and perhaps daily.

Think instructions could be a little clearer with demo but managed to work out fairly easily. Battery does run out quicker than suggested.

Overall, happy with it but no substitute for proper vacuum and mop.

Aware thy title and review are for a specific demographic, but if it applies to you, you’ll understand. I have a traditional upright vac, and it’s always more of a hassle getting it out, rather than the 5 mins it takes to use it. I was considering a battery cordless. Instead, I bought the 15C.

I bought my first robovac earlier in the year, the same model (15C) but direct from co.

I have connected to Alexa (bless my P.A. nothing would be done with her nagging!). Easily enough to do. Just follow the instructions and name your vac. Mine don’t have imaginative names, literally upstairs / down. I have seen some great names though, go for heart’s puntastic best.

I used my downstairs one daily, brilliant body double! I feel I have to do something while the robo-vac is. I move small baskets/tables, and open doors between rooms.

But executive dysfunction meant taking upstairs seemed a bigger job than it actually is, and it ended up on my To Do list daily , so I bought the 2nd one for upstairs on Amazon Warehouse (100).

I have wooden flooring downstairs and 2 quite deep pile rugs, and door mats, it works no problem with. Gets itself stuck occasionally in corners, my room set up rather than a fault with vac. The app or Alexa notifies me and and I tap bumper and off it goes again.

You can direct with remote or voice to a specific area to spot clean. There are a couple of different modes.

Upstairs is mainly wooden, barring shaggy rugs and child’s bedroom. Goes over both the rugs ok, doesn’t get stuck.

Unlike some models, it has inbuilt sensors so you don’t need to plot rooms or stairs, however, it does seem very random, but it has a long cleaning cycle, so does get everywhere. It comes with cable ties, to move them out of the way, the only thing it normally catches is if charging cable is left lying around, extensions etc are fine. There is a slight arch (1-1.5″) under my child’s wardrobe that it bumps around, not sure why it doesn’t sense it, but works around doorways, and furniture, and gets under beds fine (I have an ottoman-style, child’s a normal frame).

For me, my only issue is hair. My child malts like mad, very fine hair, but long, so I often have to clear the roller brush out, again app notifies me, it comes with a tool to do it too, maybe once / twice a run.

The side brushes take a bit of punishment from going over rugs, but I’ve only replaced them twice in 6 months.

It holds a reasonable amount of dust, I have guinea pigs, so it often picks up bits of hay strands, either in the tray or under brushes, I can hear it normally, so I try to empty it every time before it goes back to its home.

The filter is easier to clean, replacements parts are easy to order on Amazon or the website, can order through the app too.

In the instructions it says X is needed for space for the home charging base, it seems fairly flexible. My downstairs is under a small compact 2 seater IKEA sofa ( so pretty small) and upstairs in the bedroom at the side of beside table. I think so long as a metre of free space in front, it’s fine.

The sensors are really good, it gets to the edge of my top step, cleaning to the edge, without going too far.

    I would recommend it.

Two things I’d change. Firstly, I’d like to turn off the light whilst it’s on the home base, I haven’t looked at how easy it is yet, so maybe a simple thing. It’s quite bright, as I try to sleep.

Secondly, I regret not buying the vac/mop combo. The only reason I didn’t is that you couldn’t choose areas to mop, and didn’t want to stand over it whilst it went near rugs.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGlad I took the chance
Great buy, took the chance on refurbished and bar a scuff on the top you’d barely know it wasn’t new. Picks up far more than I expected it to – yes you have to empty the chamber a lot but I just strip it before I charge it after a 50 minute clean. Does lose the brushes and it’d be handy if the app notified that but that’s my only gripe so far.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNot so dumb, dumb robot vacuum
I have purchased 4 robot vacuums from Amazon within 2 weeks to test out. I returned all but this one. It was the only one that doesn’t have App support. That is a big plus in my book.

None of the other vacuums from Lefant, veedee , yeedee, STD or whatever they are called, consistently held on to Wi-Fi signal. Oh and should i mention the inability to pair with 5ghz. A right palaver!

This robot is compact, has a well featured remote, boost iq and a very good size collection bin.

It is not a self-emptier, a mop or a teas-maid but it is bloody good at what it is designed for. I have a pretty large house – no bragging rights- but this machine handles easily with one charge. I bought refurbished at well under 100. A great buy and hopefully the end of a frustrating but informative search for this new household device. Oh and i challenge you not to give it a name!

    Value
This is my first robo vac but for the money I can’t see how you could go wrong. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, family of 5 and my main floor is about 1200 sqft. I haven’t had to vacuum in a week and normally I do every day. I changed the holding bin twice neither time was it full. I run the little guy during the night and he didn’t wake anyone up but I wouldn’t say he’s that quiet. The only negative is his little brush arms go under my area rug snagging him so I divert him from going on it until I can figure out how to fix that. Bang for buck for sure.

Genuinely the best thing since sliced bread.
The Eufy robovac is amazing, in fact I was so impressed by the performance and ease of use that I bought a second one and am contemplating a third (I live in a 3 storey house and I’m too idle to carry it upstairs.

The ones I bought were refurbished by Anker and you can’t tell they aren’t brand new. Delivered quickly and exactly as described.

Cleaning : Excellent cleaning power but you will need a small hand held vac to get right into corners that it is too big to get into, which is a very minor inconvenience and takes less than 5 minutes.

Ease of Use : It is very easy to use as it is controllable by either the remote control (supplied with mine) or by using the Eufy app. The app is also easy to use once set up, again simple to do. I believe it can also be controlled by Alexa but as I don’t own one I can’t say for certain. I have left mine working whilst I was out and come back to clean floors.

Performance : Very quiet in operation, I have even had mine working at bedtime and couldn’t hear it at all. Cleans both hard floors and carpets equally well and is able to go over such things as thresholds and even quite deep rugs without a problem.

Value for Money : Excellent value for money in my view and I am more than happy with what I paid for mine.

Recommendation : I bought mine on the recommendation of an elderly, disabled friend who owns a black dog. She has been using hers daily for at least 2-3 years and I was so impressed by the results ( her house is immaculate) that I decided to take the plunge and I’m so glad I did, I have been driving my friends made by waxing lyrical about my vacs …. I could bore for England at this stage and I’m not normally like that.

Conclusion : Excellent value for money, first class cleaning, quiet in operation and versatile in abilities on different floor surfaces. Would happily recommend and intend to buy another from this seller who has provided great service.

Finally, I often wonder if glowing reviews are genuine, so if you are in any doubt I am happy to answer questions.

    Cleans up the place
Overall this robot is great. WiFi allows to control it remotely. Magnetic stripe just works and helped to restrict areas for the robot. We don’t have carpet, and its been always cleaning parquet floor perfectly.

Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersGame-Changer for Daily Maintenance
Purchased in June, but I wanted to give it time before reviewing. We’ve affectionately named ours Geoffrey, after the butler in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and he’s genuinely changed our lives.

It hoovers and mops with ease, handles our Labrador’s hair like a pro, and stops that dreaded crumb-on-barefoot feeling. The suction increases automatically on carpet, and it cleans our mat better than our Henry ever did. It navigates small thresholds, avoids objects, doesn’t fall downstairs, and takes itself home to charge, resuming the clean if it hasn’t finished.

    The app is intuitive:

    – Maps your area and lets you direct it to specific rooms

    – Schedule cleans whenever you like

    – Block off areas you don’t want it to enter

    – Adjust mop washing frequency

    – Get alerts if it’s stuck

    – Change the voice (yes, really)

    – Use remote control, spot cleaning, or “follow me” mode

    – Receive maintenance alerts with guides and links for parts

It even washes its own mop pads and empties its dust bin. The dust-emptying sounds like “takeoff,” but it’s over in a few minutes. The mop pads are removable and easy to clean, and the whole unit is simple to take apart with in-app guides.

Everyone thought I was mad, but now they realise it’s one of those things you never knew you needed, and now wouldn’t want to be without. It’s helped me pace my energy, keep the house tidy, and reclaim a bit of calm. Not a deep-clean replacement, but an absolute game-changer for daily maintenance.

Honestly not impressed with this items cleaning ability
I will always give an honest review so I am not sure you will want to read this one. I am very disappointed in this product. It always leaves a lot of bits behind when it vacuums so I generally have to do each room at least twice. The wash program is not a lot better leaving smears even though the rooms this machine works has minimum traffic with no dogs or childre
