Friends and family have told me to get a robot vacuum for years, I was very skeptical. But now with kids I can’t keep ontop of the cleaning and this was on offer so I gave it a try, expecting to return it…well that isn’t happening, this has been a life changer, my house has not been so clean since my son was born two years ago.
The mop function is complete garbage I will be honest, but the vac is amazing. It does better than I can do by myself with a portable vaccum (Gtech air ram).
I live in a town house so downstairs we have it scheduled to clean the kitchen and hall way at 2am every morning. But I also clean the other two floors every day. Just carry it up, press start and it will do the rest, returning to its start position when it has finished, then just carry it back downstairs to its charging dock.
Downstairs (where my chargeing bae is) just press start on your phone/hoover or set up a schedule and it will clean the entire floor then return to base.
It takes 20-30 minutes to clean each floor of my three bedroom terraced town house. When you first recieve it it will take 6 hours to charge, a charge is me at to last 1.5 hours but I have no problem cleaning all three floors of my house on a Single charge.
This was brought as a nearly new product and I would never have known it had been even opened by another buyer.

This is a replacement for my previous model the s11 that lasted 4 years only having replaced the battery once.
So time to upgrade and not disappointed .
Was a little difficult to connect to WiFi but as soon as moved right next to the WiFi box no problem at all.
The mopping function perfect on my vinyl floor. The vac perfect on carpet. Manoeuvres across carpets and rugs no problem.
Happy with new upgrade and would definitely by like new products again.
This robot vacuum has exceeded my expectations, it’s really good at keeping the house tidy between proper vacuuming as we have a lot of hay and mud that gets walked into the house. Haven’t managed to connect to WiFi yet but even if that doesn’t work, I’m very happy with our Eufy. We bought it as a refurbished vacuum but as far as I can tell it was brand new. Very impressive for 119.
What a game changer
I was initially sceptical about purchasing a robot vacuum but decided to buy one to help with clearing up after two kids and a dog.
The eufy brand had excellent reviews on line and this vacuum seemed like a good entry level model.
It was easy to set up straight out of the box and the app was almost idiot proof.
It cleans really well and I like that you can alter the suction whilst it is cleaning.
The mop function keeps on top of the floor between me mopping and it has made a noticeable difference.
I love that it goes under the sofa and cabinets that I can’t reach.
I am really happy with my purchase and would even get another one to keep upstairs
