Good Quality Ink Cartridges for Everyday Printing
I received these replacement ink cartridges recently and have now had the chance to test them in my home printer for a mix of documents, postage labels, and a few colour pages. Installation was straightforward, with the cartridges being recognised quickly without any error messages, which is always one of the main concerns with compatible inks.
The print quality has actually been better than I expected for non-original cartridges. Black text comes out sharp and dark, making letters and invoices look clean and easy to read, while the colour cartridge produces reasonably vibrant colours for charts, schoolwork, and occasional photo printing. Colours are not quite as rich as premium branded cartridges when printing detailed photos, but for everyday use they still look very good.
Another thing I liked was that there were no leaks, smudges, or streaking during testing. The cartridges feel decently made and fitted securely into the printer without needing any adjustment. Printing was consistent across several pages, and there was no noticeable banding or fading.
One small downside is that the printer ink level monitoring does not seem quite as precise as with original cartridges, so it may take a little more attention when usage gets low. Good ink for less money.
I ordered this ink for my Pixma printer and I’m very happy with the quality. I’ve actually used Gureef compatible inks before and so I knew what to expect.
These arrived well packed and although the packaging was different than in the photo on amazon it didn’t affect the quality at all. They were individually plastic sealed which apparently helps the ink stay fresh. They also come with a user guide in case anyone doesn’t know how to use them.
These cartridges appear solid and well made. They both inserted directly into the printer without any headache.
They print everything that I need very well. The black is a dark and solid and the colour is vibrant. I don’t use my printer for photos so I can’t say how these might be for that but for documents they’re great.
The price for this XL combo pack is much cheaper than official Canon ink and works just as well so it’s easy for me to recommend them.

These cartridges arrived within a day of ordering, the packaging was excellent and even included a user guide which was very helpful, (never seen this before)
Following the guides easy instructions I loaded the “Gureef” cartridges into my Pixma printer and fired it up and started printing, the results were a very pleasant surprise, producing excellent printing results with both black and coloured inks with clear and precise images with no bleeding, with cartridges as good as these, who would want to pay pay full price for Canon original one’s.
I would really recommend these cartridges and very happy to give them 5 stars as a quality product.

This Gureef cartridge set is a practical option for anyone using compatible Canon PIXMA printers and
wanting a more affordable everyday replacement for black and colour printing. The cartridges are
neatly presented, easy to identify, and the XL capacity is useful if you print school forms, returns
labels, recipes, household paperwork or occasional colour documents. Print quality is good for normal
home use, with clear black text and decent colour output for casual images and graphics. I would still
use genuine branded ink for anything where absolute colour accuracy matters, such as professional
photo printing, but for general documents this performs well and feels much better value. Installation
is straightforward, although as with any compatible cartridge it is worth checking the printer model
carefully before opening the pack. The only reason I would not give it the full five stars is that
compatible ink can sometimes depend on printer firmware and individual printer sensitivity. For
routine home printing, however, this is a dependable and cost-conscious set that does the job well.
