Does the job fine...
Simple and effective way of neutralising odours from footwear (and indeed small/enclosed areas).
I’m already familiar with UV/Ozone cleansing, and have been using similar items to this for some time now (albeit much larger gear). This kit here is predominantly aimed at footwear of course, and for that it works a treat.
Apart from the UV lamps doing their job, the ozone creation is something you’ll most likely notice due to its’ particular odour. Unless you’ve used gear like this before, it’ll probably be the first time you’ve come across it, and you’ll remember it if encountered in the future. It’s not particularly unpleasant, but not something you want to breath in in any substantial quantity.
Like their much larger counterparts, the bulbs in this set do indeed create the ozone necessary for the complete cleaning as detailed in the listing. Although by a smaller amount, I would still suggest placing the kit somewhere out of the way while in use.
They work well, and you’ll definitely notice the difference once the process is complete.
The price however is a little on the high side IMO (at time of writing), so one for watch-list I reckon.

Picked this up for trainers that were starting to smell after regular gym use. It’s simple to use and doesn’t take up much space when folded away. After a few uses the shoes definitely smelled fresher and it seemed to help dry them out a bit as well. I’ve also tried it on work boots and gloves with decent results. The build feels fairly lightweight but it does what it’s supposed to do. Not an instant miracle fix for heavily worn shoes, but it helped reduce odours noticeably with regular use.
I have been using this for about a month now and so far Im satisfied about it. I use it each time er weat our trainers to remove any bacterias. It seems to be doing a good job to keep the bacterias away ans reduce odor. It is easy to use and it will be good for winter to help dry shoes when wet.
