Bought this as a backup charger while waiting for my wallbox installation. Honestly works perfectly for what it is. Slow, but reliable.
I’m getting around 10 miles of range per hour which is enough overnight.
Plug stays cool and feels solid, no issues so far after a few weeks of use.
Definitely recommend as a “just in case” or travel charger.
Does exactly what its designed for.
A few more options than your basic plug n charge ‘granny’ charger but does seem to give the full 13A/3kW charge that its designed for. It can also have reduced current to allow for slower charging or if you want to utilise excess power if you have solar panels etc without pulling off the grid.
Time delay function allows the charger to start after a pre determined no of hours (handy if your car doesn’t have a built in time schedule). The instructions are on 1 ‘sheet’ of paper and aren’t all that intuitive but once tried a few times its easier than it looks. The 8m total length easily reaches to the rear of the car from a socket in my garage (cable goes out under the door).
Decent bag to hold the charger so easy to store.
Would have been nice to have some ‘connectivity’ for setting schedules etc and at this price it maybe should have at least had Bluetooth to a phone app.
Overall a good full 3kW charger.

Great value and works perfectly
Used this charger for about three weeks now and it has been faultless. Plugged it in, started charging straight away and haven’t had any issues since. The unit feels well made, the cable is a good length, and the display is easy to read.
Charging speed is exactly as expected for a 13A portable charger, making it ideal for overnight charging at home or as a backup when travelling.
For the price, I honestly couldn’t ask for more. Very pleased with the purchase and would happily recommend it.
