M3 and M27 weekend closures in Hampshire for May 15 to 17
Sections of the M3 and M27[1] will be closed during the late evening and early morning hours for maintenance work. Anyone planning to travel on these routes should check for planned diversions before setting off. Here's a look at the closures scheduled between Friday, May 15, and Sunday, May 17.

Hampshire M3 and M27 closures for Friday, May 15
M3
On the M3 northbound, there will be an exit slip road closure at Junction 6 between 9pm on Friday and 6am on Saturday for resurfacing works. Alongside that, there will be a partial closure of the roundabout at Junction 6 during the same timeframe for the same works. This will be in both directions and will also include the closure of the Black Dam link road to the A30.
M27
On the M27 eastbound, there will be an exit slip road closure at Junction 3 between 9pm and 6am for electrical works.
There will also be a partial roundabout closure at Junction 3 in the west, north and east directions for the same works. Meanwhile, on the M27 eastbound, there will be an entry slip road closure at Junction 10 between 8pm and 6am for Hampshire County Council[3] works. Finally, on the M27 westbound, there will be an exit slip road closure at Junction 10 for similar works between 9pm and 6am.
Hampshire M3 and M27 closures for Saturday, May 16
M3
On the M3 northbound, there will be an exit slip road closure at Junction 6 between 9pm on Saturday and 6am on Sunday for resurfacing works.
Alongside that, there will be a partial closure of the roundabout at Junction 6 during the same timeframe for the same works. This will be in both directions and will also include the closure of the Black Dam link road to the A30.
M27
On the M27 eastbound, there will be a carriageway closure between Junctions 4 and 7 taking place from 9pm until 6am for major resurfacing works. Meanwhile, on the M27 eastbound, there will be an entry slip road closure at Junction 10 between 8pm and 6am for Hampshire County Council works.
Finally, on the M27 westbound, there will be an exit slip road closure at Junction 10 for similar works between 9pm and 6am.

M3
On the M3 northbound, there will be an exit slip road closure at Junction 6 between 9pm on Sunday and 6am on Monday for resurfacing works. Alongside that, there will be a partial closure of the roundabout at Junction 6 during the same timeframe for the same works. This will be in both directions and will also include the closure of the Black Dam link road to the A30.
