Turn the bike upside down to make wheel access easier.
Start with the tire cover end that has the extended hook-and-loop strap.
Attach this end of the cover to the wheel using the hook-and-loop.
Stretch the cover evenly around the wheel until the tire is fully enclosed.
Attach the remaining end of the cover to a loop strap to secure it firmly in place.
