Solid kit and simple to use
I pulled the car into the drive last Friday night after the kids’ football practice, plugged this holder-and-cable combo in, and had the Leaf sipping electrons before I’d even wrestled the shoes off the four-year-old. The mount sits on our brick wall beside the garage door, neat and solid, so the cable is finally off the floor instead of turning into a chew toy for the dog.
I like being able to flick between 8 A for an overnight trickle and 13 A when I’m dashing out early for an emergency crown fitting, the little thumb-wheel is quick and the screen actually shows the amps, so there’s no guesswork. That chunky copper core stays barely warm even after three hours, which gives real peace of mind. Scheduled charging is a treat too, I set it to start at half eleven when the cheap rate kicks in, then forget about it.
Packaging was surprisingly slim, although someone in despatch went wild with the tape.
Solid build, clear read-out, and a cable that feels made to last all help make the daily charge routine smoother and kinder to the battery. For anyone juggling family runs and work commutes like me, it’s cracking value and one less thing to worry about.
A good bit of length
This is an EV charger that I am absolutely thrilled with so far. It arrives very neatly packaged and boxed and inside you’ll find the charger along with a tidy-away zip bad and all the instruction manual you’ll need. With a 20m reach this is epic and the ideal charger for use in pretty much any home. I needed around a 12m reach so this has bene ideal for me.
It fires into action immediately upon being switched on and the display on the central unit offers clean and accurate charging information which shows in a bright and bold screen.
The charging time is pretty impressive and I think this is a great charger to keep on hand, in the boot at all times just in case it’s required. And obviously the unit and cable are fully waterproof so you don’t need to worry about leaving this out overnight or in adverse weather. brilliant quality and highly recommended!

I’ve mainly been using this as a backup option for situations where dedicated EV charging points aren’t available, and it’s been quite practical for that purpose.
