Brought my trainers back to life
My once bright white trainers were edging towards grey, these wipes pulled them back from the brink in minutes. I’m quietly chuffed.
Last Thursday, sprinting from nursery with the four year old on my hip, the six year old zig-zagging ahead and our muddy Labrador doing his best impersonation of a tractor, a stripe of playground slime found my left foot. And right there on the pavement I cracked open one of the individually wrapped wipes, gave the shoe a quick scrub and watched the muck disappear faster than my husband when the washing up starts.
So far I’ve used six of the thirty five wipes, the cloth feels thicker than a baby wipe, has a light citrus whiff and doesn’t leave streaks. No lint, no soggy mess, just clean rubber and uppers that dry almost instantly, which saves me doing the sock-shuffle at work.

Solid upgrade that was easy to fi
I fitted this ESSGOO head unit into my wife’s 2013 Fiat 500 last Saturday, the same morning the kids decided the driveway was a Formula One pit lane. Twenty minutes with a Torx driver and the thing slid straight in, no fiddly frame, which already felt like a small victory.
The 7 inch display stays sharp even when the sun barges through the windscreen. Android 14 zipped through Waze and Spotify, while wireless CarPlay paired before my coffee cooled. My seven year old yelled ‘Hey Siri, play Baby Shark’, the mic caught every word, so hands free definitely works, for better or worse. And the 4 x 45 watt amp adds a proper thump, I had to nudge the EQ down before the neighbours twitched the curtains.
GPS locked on before I’d reversed off the drive, no more frantic phone balancing on the air vent.
So, five days in, I’m chuffed. Build feels solid, menus run smooth, and for the money it’s an easy yes.
