Product Description

Discreet size, reliable connectivity.
I have a short 10-15 minute commute each day which is often sat in silence. It’s out of pure laziness but it doesn’t always seem worth the hunt in my glove compartment to start connecting cables especially when I’m invariably in my usual rush.
This wireless adapter has changed all that. It’s a quality of life product and its plug and play.
I’ve not had to touch it since I paired it with my phone and by the time I’ve reversed out off my drive my music is on my screen.
I’ve experienced no drops in connectivity and it’s been stable. I haven’t noticed any lag when using Spotify, and there’s no delay when speaking to Siri.
It’s very convenient, it’s tiny and it’s performed reliably so far.
It arrives with a manual, and warranty which speaks to reliability and quality.
I hope you find my experiences helpful.
Car play
I recently started using this USB-C upgraded 2-in-1 wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adapter, and it’s made a big difference to how convenient my car setup feels. The plug-and-play design made it very easy to get started — I simply connected it to the car’s USB port and it paired quickly with my phone. After the initial setup, it automatically connects when I start the car, which means I no longer have to deal with plugging my phone in every time.
The wireless connection works smoothly and keeps access to navigation, music, and messages just like when using the wired version. I like being able to keep my phone in my bag or pocket while still using everything on the car’s display. It feels much tidier without cables, and switching between apps through the car screen is just as responsive as before.
Overall, I’m really pleased with this adapter. It’s a simple but very effective upgrade if your car only supports wired CarPlay or Android Auto. The convenience of going wireless makes everyday driving that bit easier, and it’s been working reliably for me so far. Definitely a worthwhile addition for anyone wanting a cleaner, more modern in-car setup
USBC Adapter with Weak Android Auto SupportBetter for CarPlay Only
Good
1. The best feature of this adapter is the native USBC connectivity. I’ve been looking for that for a while, as most adapters come with USBA by default and include a USBC connector. That works, but it makes the setup untidy.
2. The compact size is impressive. It sits flush with the rest of the dashboard.
3. The build is lightweight and mostly plastic. I was initially concerned about heat dissipation, but it hasn’t been an issue. The silver finish gives the impression of stainless steel, which looks premium. Once plugged in, it’s not visible anyway.
4. It works like similar products. The connection is quick once configured and generally reliable.
Bad
1. This is priced higher than similar products, but I didn’t find the advantage. In fact, it performed poorly with Android Auto. CarPlay setup is much smoother. With Android, it forces me to reconfigure now and then. This could be due to a conflict with my car’s builtin Android Auto, but I’m not sure which modern car with USBC wouldn’t already support wireless connectivity. I removed a star mainly because other similar adapters work fine after the initial setup, while this one often fails to connect via Android Auto.
I would recommend it only for the looks and for CarPlay.
