Bricket Wood motorbike and lorry crash leaves woman with injuries

A woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after her motorbike collided with a lorry.

Hertfordshire Police was called to the North Orbital Road (A505) near Bricket Wood, just before the junction for the M25, at about 07:30 BST.

The woman, in her 20s, had been riding a grey Yamaha X-Max motorcycle when it collided with a white DAF Trucks lorry.

Some lane closures were in place until the road fully reopened at 09:05.
