• Is the dash cam easy to install?

  Yes. The front camera attaches with a 3M adhesive mount, and the rear camera connects with the included long cable. No professional fitting is required.

• Does it record while parked?

  Yes. It supports parking monitoring. For 24-hour coverage, a hardwire kit (not included, need buy yourself) is required for constant power.

• What memory card does it use? The included SD card asks to be formatted. Is this normal?

  It supports up to 256GB microSD cards (Class 10 or above). Yes, this is normal. Dash cams usually require FAT32 or exFAT format. Even for new cards, the device may ask to format to create the correct file structure for loop recording.

• Does the rear camera work as a reversing camera?

  The rear camera is designed for recording the road behind your vehicle. It is not intended to be used as a dedicated reversing camera.

• Can I view recordings on my phone?

  Yes. The dash cam has built-in 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi. Using the “6 frame probe” app, you can live-view, download, and share videos directly from your phone.
