Lorry crash on M5 near Worcester causes major traffic

The crash took place at 5.20pm on Monday (March 3) and saw two lanes closed northbound and one lane closed southbound on the M5 between junction 8 for the M50 and junction 7 for Worcester.  The crash led to delays of over 70 minutes northbound and minimal traffic southbound.  Lane three remains closed in both directions following the crash. 

Repairs to the central reservation barrier will be ongoing throughout the evening. 

Lanes one and two will remain open past the scene.
