Live: Huge M5 queues and traffic updates with motorway delays

There are delays on the M5 on Saturday as motorists head onto the motorway over the Christmas period. After Friday's huge queues and long delays, there are once again delays on the motorway. Traffic reporting website Inrix says that there is slow traffic on M5 in both directions from J26 A38 (Wellington) to J28 A373 Honiton Road (Cullompton / Service Area).

National Highways traffic cameras show long queues of traffic in the area where roadworks are taking place and there are only two lanes and speed restrictions.

On Friday, delays reached up to an hour.
