M6 huge delays after lorry crash
Two lanes were blocked on the M6 northbound[1] following a lorry crash. The crash happened within J8 for Ray Hall this morning, November 11. Two of three lanes were closed within the junction – but have since reopened.
Motorists are struck in huge traffic delays. There is also congestion to J6 near the A38 Spaghetti Junction. National Highways West Midlands wrote on social media platform X: “The M6 has two lanes (of three) closed northbound within J8 (Ray Hall) due to a collision.

The latest update on traffic website Irix reads: “Long delays, two lanes closed, and queueing traffic for four miles due to accident. A lorry involved on M6 northbound[3] at J8 M5. “Congestion to J6 (A38 Spaghetti Junction).
Lanes two and three (of three) are closed.”
