M25 lorry crash causing long delays

Two lanes of the M25 were closed following a traffic incident this morning (Monday, November 18). The crash impactrf traffic on the M25 heading anticlockwise near Junction 26 A121 Honey Lane (Waltham Abbey). There is congestion back to Junction 27 which links the M25 to the M11, which occurred at about 10am this morning.

It has been reported that a lorry was involved in the incident. Two lanes were closed as a result, causing severe delays and queueing traffic. Essex Police and the East of England Ambulance Service have been contacted in relation to this incident.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area where possible.
