Man sadly dies days after crash involving BMW convertible and lorry in East Yorkshire

A man has sadly died nine days after he was involved in a crash in East Yorkshire. The 70 year old was driving a white BMW 1 series convertible which was in collision with a lorry on Howden Road, Holme-On-Spalding-Moor, at around 12.30pm on Tuesday, July 23. He was taken to hospital at the time to receive medical treatment but Humberside Police[1] have now confirmed he sadly died as a result of his injuries on Thursday.

A spokesperson for the force said: “Officers are urging any witnesses who may have seen either vehicle prior to the collision, or anyone with dashcam footage to please come forward by contacting us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 223 of 23 July.”
