Live: Motorbike and lorry crash on Devon A-road causing tailbacks

Traffic is moving slowly on a Devon A-road after a crash[1] by the coast. A motorbike and a lorry were involved in a collision on the A379 at Strete. According to traffic monitoring system Inrix, the crash took place at around 1.20pm today, Friday, August 23.

Queues have formed in both directions on the road. Inrix reports: “Reports of slow traffic due to accident, a motorbike and a lorry involved on A379 in both directions near Vicarage Lane.” This is a live blog.
