Trains disrupted after lorry crashes into bridge at station

Northern said that rail services ran at reduced speeds following the collision earlier today. In a statement at 11.10am this morning, Northern said: “Due to a lorry colliding with a bridge at St Helens Central trains have to run at reduced speed on all lines. “Train services running through this station will be delayed by up to 15 minutes.
