Plymouth drivers stuck for hours after crash

Motorists were queuing for hours in a car park in Plymouth as a clear-up continued following a crash.
One shopper said he had been stuck in the car park at Marsh Mills retail park for two hours on Saturday.
Others reported being stuck for three hours after a cement lorry overturned on a slip road near the A38[1] at about 08:50 BST on Friday.
The traffic blockage was eased later after police diverted cars.
