M62 LIVE: Traffic queueing and long delays after crash

Long queues are building on a stretch of the M62 this afternoon after a crash. One lane is currently shut on the eastbound side of the motorway due to the incident. It is closed between junction 22 A672 (Rishworth Moor) to junction 23 A640 New Hey Road (Huddersfield).

Traffic is queuing and there are long delays, according to traffic alert service Inrix.

Inrix says: "Long delays, one lane closed and queueing traffic due to accident on M62 Eastbound from J22 A672 (Rishworth Moor) to J23 A640 New Hey Road (Huddersfield).
