Lorry & Car Involved In Crash On A14
A crash involving a lorry and a car caused long tailbacks on the A14 this afternoon. It happened at around 2.30pm on the eastbound carriageway, at junction three near Rothwell.
The lorry involved in the collisionPic: National Highways Police and highways officers attended the scene and it is understood no-one was seriously injured.
The crash happened in-between the exit and entry sliproads and the carriageway was closed completely for a time, with traffic diverted off the A14 and then back-on.
The incident led to queues of about six miles.
