Finnmark partners with Cartwright Bros to resolve home delivery challenges
United Kingdom, 6th June 2024 – Cartwright Bros helps Finnish sauna specialist, Finnmark Sauna, provide homes across Britain with at-home spas, thanks to their truck-mounted forklift (Moffett) service. Providing a quick, easy, and safe delivery for all involved. The Finnish sauna specialist has provided customers across the UK with wellness equipment for over 10 years, with its self-build saunas bringing the experience to many private residences over the last few years.
However, the heavy materials and large consignments meant deliveries were challenging to unload at home addresses with no specialist equipment to lift the goods. After an increase in demand for DIY sauna cabins, finding the right logistics solution became more urgent than ever. Discussing the difference the Moffett service has made, Jake Newport, Managing Director at Finnmark, commented: “Regular sauna use poses a myriad of health benefits, including reducing stress, aiding muscle recovery and helping chronic pain.
Now, with a solid solution for our residential deliveries, even more homes can experience the health and well-being benefits that come from using traditional Finnish saunas. “After two years of searching, Cartwright Bros presented the perfect solution for our self- build saunas, improving the service we deliver to our customers and increasing satisfaction.” Cartwright Bros’ truck-mounted forklift service has seen huge growth in recent months, leading to the purchase of a second vehicle, specifically aimed at use in the home delivery sector.
Mark Neave at Cartwright Bros commented: “Home deliveries are a vastly growing requirement within the transport industry.
With our vehicle-mounted forklift service, we have worked alongside Finnmark to develop a bespoke distribution solution, making their home deliveries a more efficient and safer process.
“We are delighted that Finnmark has entrusted us to help fulfill its vision and look forward to a long, successful partnership.”
