Major road closed after lorry overturns
A stretch of the A5 has been closed after a lorry overturned, with motorists urged to avoid the area. It has happened between Cerrigydrudion and Corwen. Emergency services are at the scene.
A North Wales Police statement said: "Can motorists avoid the A5 between Cerrigydrudion and Corwen due to a overturned lorry. "This is at the junction with the B4501. Please find an alternative route.
Traffic Wales tweeted: "A5 Cerrigydrudion closed in both directions due to a collision. Emergency services are on scene | Please avoid the area. Updates to follow."
