A15 live traffic updates as road closed due to overturned lorry near Caenby Corner

Motorists face disruption[1] on a major Lincolnshire road due to an overturned lorry. The incident took place on the A15 north of Caenby Corner and has led to a road closure in both directions. The road is shut between B1205 Kirton Road (Waddingham) and the Blyborough turn-off (Blyborough Grange).

Traffic is moving very slowly in the area and motorists have been asked to find alternative routes. Lincolnshire Police are at the scene and have confirmed that no other vehicles were involved. At around 1.30pm today (Wednesday, May 29), a force spokesperson said: "We are at the scene of an overturned lorry on Ermine Street, Blyborough, Gainsborough.

The expected duration of the road closure is not yet known.
