M62 LIVE updates as queues build with lane shut after ‘vehicle fire’
Queues are building on a stretch of the M62 this morning after a 'vehicle fire'. According to traffic alert service Inrix, one lane has been closed on the eastbound side of the motorway. It is shut between junction 22 for Rishworth Moor and junction 23 for Huddersfield.
Emergency crews are responding to a 'vehicle fire'. Motorway cameras show long queues and heavy traffic building up to the closure. Traffic is also reportedly slow on the westbound side as it passes the scene.
Two lanes are also shut on a stretch of the M60 motorway this morning after a crash. The lanes are closed on the clockwise side between between junction 14 for the East Lancashire Road and junction 13 for Worsley. Follow our live blog below for the latest traffic updates.
