Two-year-old child and man found dead at property in Skegness
A man and a two-year-old child were found dead at a property in a Lincolnshire coastal town, police[1] have said. The man, aged 60, and the two-year-old were found at a house in Prince Alfred Avenue, a narrow residential street in Skegness[2], on Tuesday, January 9.
A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police[3] said that the deaths were not being treated as suspicious after the force had conducted its investigation.
He said: “Police were made aware of the deaths of a 60-year-old man and a two-year-old child at a property in Prince Alfred Avenue, Skegness, at around 3.25pm on Tuesday, 9 January.
“Investigations have been carried out and the deaths are not being treated as suspicious. The matter has been passed to the coroner’s office.”
