M6, M53, M56, M57, M58 and M62 motorway closures starting January 8
The M6, M53, M56, M57, M58 and M62 will close over the coming week.
The motorways, which run through Merseyside, will see closures this week as National Highways continue to repair the region's roads. This week there are no weekend closures according to the National Highways journey planning tool.
Here are the motorway closures you can expect in Merseyside this week.

Monday, January 8
The M6 northbound between junctions 22 and 23 will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound between junctions seven and 10 will be closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will be closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M57 northbound between junctions four and six will be closed between 9pm and 5am.
The M58 eastbound between junctions one and three will have two lanes closed between 8pm and 5am.
Tuesday, January 9
The M6 northbound between junctions 21 and 21A will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound between junctions seven and 10 will be closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M58 eastbound between junctions one and three will have two lanes closed between 11.59pm and 5am.
The M62 westbound between junctions six and seven will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 5am.
Wednesday, January 10
The M6 northbound between junctions 22 and 23 will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound at junction 10 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M58 eastbound between junctions one and three will have two lanes closed between 8pm and 5am.
Thursday, January 11
The M6 northbound between junctions 22 and 23 will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound at junction 10 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
Friday, January 12
The M6 northbound between junctions 22 and 23 will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound between junctions nine and 10 will be closed between 11pm and 6am.
The M53 northbound between junctions nine and 10 will have two lanes closed between 11pm and 6am
The M56 westbound between junctions 14 and 15 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
